Beautiful villa with large jacuzzi in a glazed hut in the garden, on the outskirts of Oviedo, 4.5 km.
Large house with views of the mountains, ideal as starting point for routes or visits in Asturias, from the near beaches to the mountains, with all the comforts, and superbly equipped.
It has a large jacuzz for 4 i outside and another, semicircular, inside, a small semi heated pool in summer, a vegetable garden, a children's hut, a well-equipped gym, a trampoline,gas and stone barbeque, ice machine, good fiber wifi and all kinds of games and video games (Play station 3 and Wii). Just to feel like home.
The villa, just 4.5 km. from Oviedo and 30 of the beaches, has a fabulous view over mountains. It is fully equipped and subject to the COVID cleaning protocol (with air purifier)
The outdoor hot water Jacuzzi (in a glass hut) for 4 people can be used in summer and winter, with the same views of the house. There is also a 90 cm pool. high, with semi warm water in summer, trampoline, playhouse for children and many games and videogames (PS3 and Wii).
A large gym with sauna, many appliances and television in all rooms, including the gym and main bathroom, with Netflix and Prime and some IPTV (several smartTVs and firesticks). The kitchen is totally equipped with a robot, and super automatic and nespresso coffee makers.
The house is occupied by its owners most of the year, so it is perfectly equipped with everything necessary so you only have to bring your clothes personal items..
EVENTS or parties ARE NOT ALLOWED, beyond family celebrations or similar, with the limitation of 10-12 people.
The pool does not have a fence or closing door and there are high areas accessible by walking without a fence or bars and a camera at the exterior doors (They do have access to private areas).
San Esteban de las Cruces / Valdemora is a very quiet area of Oviedo, just 4.5 km away. and with a direct road to the center.
The house is part of an isolated house urbanization, in which privacy is absolute and contact with other people, almost non-existent.
The house has a large gym and a garden with a couple of huts. One glazed with a large hot tub and a small one with children's games. There is also a small swing and a trampoline.
In the house there are many toys and games and many things to make pastries and crafts with the children.
In the urbanization there is a playground with swings.
The beaches are 30 km away and accessed by motorway. The ski resorts and the starting points for mountain or bicycle routes are also nearby.
Access to the center of Oviedo is direct and fast.
A fantastic place as a base to visit the green Asturias or to stay with the family in complete privacy.
