As you enter the apartment your eye takes to straight into the impressive master bedroom with views of the river, framed by the original brick. Theres a a modern bathroom attached with a large shower over the bath. Then to the right is the spacious living area, again with tranquil views of the river with a comfortable corner sofa and arm chair to relax and of course the kitchen area with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob and of course a wine fridge!

This beautiful building started out as a flour mill before being brought by Rowntree’s to mill their cocoa beans. It truly is a beautiful building, our apartment is on the ground floor (there are 3 steps at the entrance of the corridor) over looking the river, peaceful yet central.

At the entrance of the apartment is a private, multi-story, car park, there is a designated parking spot which is accessed using a fob. When you book with us we will provide you with detailed instructions.
Once you have parked your car you are so central, there is no need to use it again. You can explore all York has to offer on foot.
