The dining table seats 5 and looks onto the garden where there is additional seating and a gas barbecue for your use. The ground floor has an additional toilet. The lounge is on the first floor and has a great surround-sound TV system for you to enjoy and comfy sofas to spread out on. The second (twin) bedroom is also on this floor. At the top of the house you will find the Master bedroom with views to the Spinnaker tower as well as the family bathroom.
Located in Central Southsea you are never far from the attractions or the local shops and restaurants. Bayfields offers the chance to have the whole property to yourself with a high level of comfort. It is ideal for a work or family stay. The 2 parking spaces mean that you will never have to search for a space and will have your car, van or camper nearby. This is a rarity in Southsea. In addition there is a super well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and drier, a second toilet and also a gas barbecue in the secluded garden. Bayfields sleeps 5 (4 separate beds (no sofa bed)) and is exceptionally spacious. There is a huge lounge (4.5x3.5m), a roomy kitchen/diner and a downstairs cloakroom as well as 2 large bedrooms.
