The house (200 m²), quiet and full of charm, has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one with spa bath).
The living room, with generous volumes (60 m²), overlooks the garden. It understands stay, living room, kitchen (American refrigerator, dishwasher, microwaves ...) and veranda.
The interior decoration, warm and cozy, combines sober contemporary furniture and pieces of heart, found in flea markets in the region.
GROUND FLOOR: Bedroom 1 (17 m²) with a double bed 140 x 200 and its bathroom + WC.
GROUND FLOOR: Master bedroom. Bedroom 2 (12 m²) with 1 double bed 180 x 200 (or 2 beds of 90 if desired), a dressing room and bathroom (whirlpool). Independent toilets.
Bedroom 3 (11 m²) with 1 double bed 160x200. Bathroom and separate WC.
Bedroom 4 (9 m²) with 1 single bed 90 x 200.
1st floor: Room 5 air-conditioned (18 m²) with 1 double bed 180 x 200 (or 2 beds of 90 if desired) and its bathroom + WC independent.

Extra sleeping possible in the small living room (semi-independent): 1 single bed 90 x 200.
Baby equipment: 2 beds umbrellas, high chair, booster seat, bath, adapted crockery.
Linen included (linen sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels). It is necessary to provide your pool sheets.

A large garden, hidden from view
The garden, not overlooked, is planted with trees over a hectare. Ten sunbathings, in the shade of the parasols, await you around the swimming pool (10 x 4 m) secure.
The shaded terrace hosts a table for ten people and a relaxation area, with its teak garden armchairs. Barbecue. Pool-house (with babyfoot) and large pond at the bottom of the garden. Private parking capacity: 5 vehicles.
THE HOUSE
A charm house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.

Plain and contemporary furniture and favourite pieces bargain-hunted in antique stores of the region cohabit in a warm and cosy interior decoration.

The living room, with its generous volumes (645 ft²), overlooks the terrace and the garden.
It includes a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen (american fridge-freezer, washing-machine, micro-waves…) and a conservatory. With air conditioning.

GARDEN LEVEL :
First bedroom (182 ft²) with 1 double bed 55 x 80 inches and its shower room and toilets.

GROUND FLOOR :
Second bedroom with air conditioning (130 ft²) with 1 double (linked) bed 70 x 80 inches (or 2 beds of 35 if wanted), with large walk-in shower. Separate toilets. Dressing room.

Third bedroom with air conditioning (120 ft²) with 1 double bed 60 x 80 inches. Independant shower room and toilets.

Fourth bedroom with air conditioning (9 m²) with a single bed (35 x 80 inches).

FIRST FLOOR :
Fifth room with air conditioning (97 ft²) with 1 double (linked) bed 70 x 80 inches (or 2 beds of 35 if wanted) and its shower room. Separate toilets.

Extra bed possible in the little lounge (semi-independant) : 1 single bed 35 x 80 inches.


Laundry included (sheets, towels, tableclothes and dish towel).
Make sure you have your swimming-pool towels.
Internet wi-fi.
Fireplace.
Baby equipement : 2 folding cribs, one high chair, one booster seat, bathtub and dishes adapted.

OUTSIDE
Safe swimming-pool of 10 x 4 yards, pool-house and a big pond at the end of the park, behind closed doors. Battery charger for electric car.
Babies are welcome. But the presence of a large unsecured pool at the back of the garden forces us not to accept children before the age of 7.
