Villetta Martina is a holiday home that is only 150 meters away from the sandy beach of Porto Cesareo, in the area Punta Grossa. The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fan in the living room, parking
area in the courtyard, hair-dryer, tv, mosquito nets. Upon request, baby
cot and interim cleaning are available. Villa Martina accommodates up to 6 guests. Small pets are allowed.

The
holiday home Villa Martina is entirely fenced, with two gates, framed
by a large paved courtyard where you can park your car. There are two large porches at the sides of the house, ideal at any hour of the day. Moreover, outside there is a half bath with adjacent shower.
The holiday home consists of a large living room with dining area, kitchen and sofa bed for two guests. The hallway divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with gratings and mosquito nets on doors and windows.

Villa Martina is a holiday home by the sea. It`s in the area Punta Grossa, Torre Lapillo,
near Porto Cesareo, one of the most famous holidays destinations in
Salento, with beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. The villa
is less than 150 meters away from the beach of Punta Prosciutto and Riva
degli Angeli, with café, restaurant and beach establishments. The
centre of Porto Cesareo is 10 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per stay.
- Only small pets admitted.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- There is a second external bathroom with no bidet.
- Water not drinkable.
