Luxury Four Bedroom Home - New and design in the center with wifi,ac,balcony

This Luxurious & Spacious Sorrento Holiday Home is located in the most central area of the city and walking distance from Piazza Tasso, Transport Links and all the main attractions. The recently renovated home can accommodate up to 10 guests and is complete with 4 Large Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom’s, Living room, lounge area, a Kitchen and Small Kitchenette, and balconies, all cleaned and sanitised to a very high standard by our specialised team.

Our Luxurious and Elegant Holiday Rental Home is located in a late 19th Century is fully furnished and elegantly decorated is fully furnished, perfect for families and a small group as the property can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The designers of this project focused on using three main colours of white, blue and strong blue. Glazed terracotta floors cover the property, all the same colour however as a design feature some are different shaped than others.

Bedroom 1: Queen Sized Bed with Fresh Linens and Storage Space, USB Sockets to charge tablets and mobile phones, Satellite/Smart TV including Netflix and Internet, Balcony with a view, Air Conditioning, Desk and Chair, Free Wi-Fi 24hrs, Luggage Rack. The two custom made bedside tables are made out of natural wood, the lamps are by Artemide Tolomeo and the chandelier by La Lollo. The use of two different green and white wallpapers from Thibaut have been used in this room, one behind the headboard and the other as a feature wall behind the plasterboard composition, with two open wardrobes and a writing desk.

Bedroom 2: Queen Sized Four Poster Bedwith Fresh Linens and Storage Space, USB Sockets to charge tablets and mobile phones, Satellite/Smart TV including Netflix and Internet, Lounge Area with Sofa, Table and Chairs, Balcony with a view, Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi 24hrs. Throughout the room the use of two different wallpaper patterns has also been used, both by Thibaut, one with white and green geometric design behind the headboard and the other a white and blue speckled pattern behind the bespoke shelving display and behind the sofa. You will also find two custom made bedside tables made out of custom wood, the lamps by Artemide Tolomeo, the chandelier by La Lollo.

Bedroom 3: Two Single Beds with headboards made to order in a Blue leatherette. Fresh Linens and Storage Space, USB Sockets to charge tablets and mobile phones, Luggage Rack, Satellite/Smart TV including Netflix and Internet, Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi 24hrs. White and Blue checkered glazed terracotta floors are laid with cardamon.

Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds with made to order headboard in green imitation leather, Fresh Linens and Storage Space, USB Sockets to charge tablets and mobile phones, Satellite/Smart TV including Netflix and Internet, Small work area with Desk and Chair, Air Conditioning, Free Wi-Fi 24hrs, Satellite TV. You will also find a desk and chairs in the bedroom, featuring extra shiny blue glass on the desk and another Thubaut blue and white fabric pattern on the desk chair.

Bathrooms:
The bathrooms have a separate wash room with shower in connection between the double bedroom and the living room with a washbasin resting on a white lacquered shelf, while inside the bathroom there is a sink. This allows much more functionality as well as an aesthetic feature. The bathroom also includes a large shower and washbasin with large lateral supports. You will also find the use on blue and white contrast tiling, on the floor and on the walls to create a unique design effect which modernises the space. Clean Towels and Complimentary Toiletries are provided.

Living Room:
In the lounge area, upon entrance there is a strong impact in terms of the floor and the wallpapers as two different patterns have been used, again using green, white and blue core colours that are reflected and highlighted throughout the property. The style is very Mediterranean especially though the use of colours and design objects. The sofa cushions use the same unique pattern as the wallpaper which compliments the emerald green colour of the sofa fabrics which are made of linen and produced by Romo Nara. The lamp also used the same core colours and was hand painted by a local company. You will also find a small table and chairs corner a great area where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. To complete the room there is a large television and a sophisticated and refined touch is given by the use of some key vintage and antique elements such as a nineteenth Century cupboard that was restored by a local Sorrento antique dealer.

Kitchen and Kitchenette: There is also a small fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette area which also includes all of the essential amenities. The apartment has central air conditioning throughout including the bedrooms. The rooms are very bright and spacious, the perfect solution for families, couples and groups of friends who are looking for accommodations in the heart of the city of Sorrento, you can enjoy the beautiful views from the balconies surrounding the property.

In light of the recent events we have put into place strict and government advised social distancing measures as well as high quality professional cleaning and sanitisation services, our goal is to make you feel as safe and protected as possible during your stay with us. As we have no reception, we have now set up a contact-less system in which you can register, make payments, check in and check out to minimise your contact with others. Should for any reason we would have to come to assist you of course we will be fully equipped in the protective face masks and gloves, as well as maintaining a safe distance.
