Encompassing the first floor of a traditional granite building and all on one level, this light and airy apartment has stunning views over the rooftops to the Harbour and out across St Ives Bay. The bright open plan sitting/kitchen/dining area is light and sunny with tasteful furnishings and two windows overlooking Smeaton’s Pier and the Harbour. The sitting room area having a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker and window seat to enjoy a morning coffee whilst taking in the glorious harbour view. The kitchen area is well equipped, with an induction hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and slimline dishwasher. The dining table seats up to four guests.

The master bedroom is airy and bright with a double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers. The window also has a view across rooftops to Smeaton’s Pier and Godrevy. The second bedroom is a twin room with one single bed, plus an elevated bed with a ladder. Ideal for children. The shower room has a glass cubicle, wash basin, WC, heated towel rail and lovely shuttered window.
