The Buen Retiro holiday home is located inside a fenced villa, with a large garden where there are both parking spaces and various relaxation areas furnished with table and chairs, sofas and deck chairs, barbecue and shower external. There is also a shaded veranda where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
The interiors of the holiday home consist of a large living room with dining room and sofa, well equipped eat-in kitchen, corridor leading to the sleeping area, 3 double bedrooms. The interiors are completed by 2 bathrooms. There are two adjacent showers in the anteroom. 
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and gratings. On request and for a fee, it is possible to take advantage of the midweek cleaning service.

The holiday villa El Buen Betiro is located less than 200 meters from the beach, one of the beautiful sandy beaches of Baia Verde , a seaside resort south of Gallipoli. The center of Gallipoli is less than 5 km away.

In Gallipoli, one of the most popular destinations in Salento, there
are countless tourist and cultural attractions, as well as many
traditional events that the Gallipolini respect with suggestive rites
and popular festivals. The nightlife is also lively in the many lidos on
the beach, which in the evening turn into beach bars with live music. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Only small pets admitted.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
