We inform that the building staff, including reception, pool, maintenance, common areas cleaning, and security, is not linked to Benalcoast Properties. Our company is exclusively dedicated to rental management, so any query or incident related to common areas should be directed to the building administration or the corresponding personnel.



SUPERMARKET: On floor 0 of the complex. *Open according to seasons.



CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 PM (except from June 15th to September 15th - entry from 4 PM onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of 20€ if possible.



POOLS: Only one pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°)



The opening hours of pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closure.



PARKING: Parking spaces subject to availability.



Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for signal loss.



Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.



Tourist entertainment in Benalmádena:



- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the Benalmádena marina, it is a shark conservation and protection center inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment Group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.



- Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Penguin Habitat - Park that houses the only dolphinarium and ice penguin habitat in Andalusia.
