Villa Mirsini only a 3 minute walk from 2 beaches and the town of Korissia.

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. The ferry boats leave from the Port of Lavrio and the trip is only one hour. Kea is known as the "Hidden Gem" of the Cycladic islands, partially due to its unique architectural style and rich heritage. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. most these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. The island has about 30 sandy beaches, most of them accessible by boat or dirt roads.

The villa is located close to Korissia, the port of the island, which has restaurants, supermarkets, bars, an ice cream parlor, butchers, bakeries, banks, petrol stations, clothes shops and more. The villa is also a 3 to 4 minute walk from the organized beaches of Gialiskari, with a beach bar and the beach at Korissia.

The villa, which is 180sq meters, is set on a 1,000sq meters plot of land filled with trees and plants, offering shade and privacy. You can sit back on the comfortable sofas on the veranda and watch various boats coming into the port, or enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Description

The villa is on two levels, with 2 independent entrances. The upper level has a large well lit living room, which leads onto the large shaded veranda with comfortable sofas and an outdoor dining area, offering a fantastic sea view. This level also has a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead down to the ground level which has a living area, with a sofa, a dining area and a kitchenette. There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom on this level.

In the large garden, which has many trees and plants, there is a covered BBQ and parking for 4 to 5 cars.
