This gorgeous detached cottage rests in Uffculme, Devon and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Only one well-behaved dog allowed fee will be charged.
Pumphouse Cottage is a stunning detached cottage that rests within the village of Uffculme, Devon. Boasting three bedrooms including a double, a twin (zip/link, can be a king-size upon request) and a single, this property can sleep up to five guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the ground floor can be found hosting a cloakroom. The interior of the cottage is complete with a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room. Outside, a patio with outdoor seating and designated parking can be found to the front of the property, whilst an enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating lies to the rear. Pumphouse Cottage is a superb choice for any escape to the Devon countryside. Please note: One dog is welcome at £20 charge.
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric woodburner-style stove. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Blu-ray and DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair and two stairgates available. Designated parking for two cars.
