Villa Eva is nestled one klm from the center of Pyrgos village, few minutes walk from SantoWines. It is a beautiful two story house with the stunning panoramic views.
The house is ideal for families or group of friends who wish to relax and enjoy a nice holiday gathering.

The space
Villa Eva is a four bedroom two story house.
The ground floor features a spacious living room, with a sitting area overlooking the sea, a dining table and second sitting area with a fireplace. Next to the living room, there is a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a refrigerator, a stove & oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a boiler, a toaster and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Following, there is a small corridor with a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a loft. At the ground level of the bedroom, there is a double bed and at the loft area, one more single bed.
At the first floor of the house, following internal steps to the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with three single beds.
The house is open from April till end of October and accommodates up to 10 guests.
