Sie und alle Ihre Freunde und / oder Familie verdienen einen Urlaub bei "CONCED OUT ON SQUID ROE". Wachen Sie auf zum Rauschen der Wellen und dem Geruch der salzigen Luft. Treten Sie vom Deck und lassen Sie zwischen den Zehen Sand. Gehen Sie in die Stadt zum Einkaufen oder um die fantastischen Restaurants zu genießen. Kochen Sie in der voll ausgestatteten Gourmetküche im Freien mit Induktionsherd, Doppelofen und Wärmeschublade ein Abendessen mit Meeresfrüchten. Machen Sie einen Mittagsschlaf auf der Couch, während Sie durch die Glaswand am blauen Meer blicken. Ziehen Sie sich für eine ruhige Zeit ins 2. Familienzimmer zurück. Auch perfekt für Mehrfamilienurlaube; Platz für alle.

Die obere Ebene, die die Wand der Glastüren mit Blick auf den Ozean hat, ist der Hauptwohnbereich, der offenes Konzept ist: Wohnbereich, Küche (Geschirr spülen, wie Sie Delfine sehen!) und Essen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich links vom Hauptwohnbereich und die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss befinden sich rechts vom Wohnbereich mit einem Badezimmer zwischen diesen beiden Zimmern. Eines dieser Zimmer hat ein Doppel-Queen-Etagenbett (für 3 Personen) und das andere Zimmer hat zwei separate Doppelkojen für vier Personen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein weiterer komplett separater Wohnbereich mit Bartresen, Wand-zu-Wand-Bibliothek, Vollbad und Familien-Schlafraum (Queensize-Bett und ein Doppel-Queen-Bett, Zimmer für 5 Personen). Es ist schön, wenn Sie mit einer anderen Familie oder mit mehreren Generationen reisen, denn jeder kann bei Bedarf einen privaten Bereich finden und sich dann im Hauptwohnbereich oder auf dem weitläufigen Deck am Meer versammeln, wenn er sich unterhalten möchte.

This was my 70th birthday present to me. All my children and grandchildren came. our first time renting a beach house. I am glad we choose this one. You say “oh wow” when you walk in. Bigger than we thought. Perfect for the 14 of us. We had a problem and the owners fixed it right away. Plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Great location for walking to places. The internet kept going out. But that could have been due to it storming every day. The back deck was all the adults favorite place. 5:30 am watching the sunrise and drinking coffee or 10:00 at night enjoying each other’s company. We are already planning a return trip

We had a great stay here, the location was just far enough away from town to avoid the larger crowds but also walkable for dinner. The beach was quiet and the outdoor shower/deck were amazing. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We plan to book this again for next year!

Midweek Weekend

We had a wonderful time during our recent visit. The house was just as described, very comfortable with every amenity you could need. Beach access was perfect and the weather could not have been better. We will be looking to stay in this same home next year and hopefully for many years to come.

Best. Vacation Ever

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house is beautiful and watching the sunrise every morning from the deck was breathtaking. The owners were fantastic. They made the entire process from booking to checkin so easy. They thought of everything. Although we didn’t cook while we were there, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Amazing Views

We had a group of 9 (kids and adults), and this house fit us perfectly. With room to spare. The bunk room was perfect for our older kids, the kitchen was terrific (had everything you need), and the views and location can’t be beat. We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon! :)

Great location and perfect for our family!

The property worked wonderfully for our group of 11- ranging from 8 to 73! This was our first family vacation to Surf City and definitely won’t be our last. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you should need and the views from the kitchen/living room and back deck will be hard to beat! We loved watching the dolphins each morning and boats come and go throughout the day. Communications with the hosts always went smoothly and they were quick to reply. The whole week was a win to our family. .

Exactly what we needed!

This home and location is even better then the photos. The owners worked with our weird needs and made check-in and out super simple. We are already discussing booking the same home next year. I would not hesitate when booking, as we were thankful we booked a June trip in February! This gem goes quickly.

Perfect beach house!

This is my families 4th year doing an annual beach trip together and we’ve been searching for a beach house that we can rebook every year- we finally found it! We loved this beach house so much. The owners take great care of it & you can tell they’ve made several upgrades. The front porch was by far our favorite hangout spot, all the updates to it are great! The home is well stocked with cooking equipment if you choose to cook. The home is in an awesome location and not far from several restaurants! We look forward to coming back next year!

Just what we were looking for.

When you first enter Luna Y Sol you are greeted by the most amazing ocean view. Check in was super easy. The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. (Including a wonderful library and selection of games!) It accommodated our family of 7 with plenty of room to spare. The house is the perfect location, just far enough away from the crowd yet still walking distance to shops, restaurants and ice cream! Chris and Rob are wonderful hosts, they were quick to respond to anything, great with communication and worked to make sure everything was perfect so we would have the best vacation.

This is our second summer staying at this beautiful beach house and it was just as we remembered….amazing!! :) The house is exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. Stunning

My husband, myself and my 2 kiddos stayed in this beautiful home. Everything was just as pictured and described on the VRBO website. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The view is breathtaking from the house and the deck!!!! The property manager (who lives just down the road) and the owners were very easy to work with and got back to us promptly with any questions we had. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting an amazingly relaxing vacation. It was so very hard to leave. We will likely be renting this house again for future visits. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!!!

Wonderful house and beach experience

The house looked just like the pictures. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and we all had plenty of space. The kitchen is amazing - plenty of dishes, glasses, gadgets, bowls. Beautiful modern fridge. The deck is fantastic. We spent most of our time out there watching the beach, if we weren’t on it. We lucked out with perfect weather. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful. They decorated that house with a good eye and a lot of care. 5 star experience! Thank you!

Great Beachfront Location!

Perfect house and location for a mom and daughter trip. Can’t beat the location, Right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Outdoor shower was a wonderful plus. Plenty of space for our party of 8. The deck was great and the view from the living room was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed, but be aware that during our stay the ice maker was broken ( Chris informed me that they are waiting on a part ) so we just bought some ice-no big deal. Also be aware that you will need to download an app to access the door lock, have your phone charged and ready. Overall we had a great stay and would love to rent again.

Best house yet!

The past 10 years we have been coming to vacation in the Topsail area. Our group is made up of 2 families, 9 people all together (4 adults, 5 kids/teens). This house had plenty of room for everyone! The downstairs living space was fantastic for giving the kids a space to play games and watch TV, allowing the adults to relax in the main level enjoying the spectacular view. The convenience of walking out the door and being on the beach with-in steps made beach life with kids so easy. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to many of the local attractions in Surf City. Chris and Robert were great to rent from, they responded quickly anytime we had questions/concerns. We highly recommend this property. As one of our teens said, “ this is the best house we’ve stayed in so far!”

Perfect for Families

My wife and I spent a week here with our two kids and two nephews. It was absolutely perfect for our needs, especially the lower level living area. The kids used this space in the evening to play games and hang out. Communication with the owners was the best I have experienced. They were very kind and responsive to any questions we had. The location was perfect and it was so nice being able to just trek down the small staircase to the beach. Being close to downtown Surf City was nice as well when needing to go out for dinner or groceries. Cleanliness was spot on as well. You can clearly see the pride in ownership. Everything was in perfect working order and cleaner than many other homes we have visited. Overall, I’d like to keep this little gem to ourselves for future bookings, but I could not recommend this home more. You won’t be disappointed with the experience!

Excellent Stay, Better Than Pictures!

This was a fantastic place to stay. We had 5 adults and a toddler. The main living area was perfect for the toddler to run around without fear of him getting into a bunch of stuff. Tons of kids books, multiple board games, big selection of books and a bunch of beach toys. They even had a pack n play. The deck was new, gate secured to keep the toddler in, and the outdoor shower made coming in from the beach so easy. The kitchen was great and well stocked with everything (pots, pans, etc) we needed to prepare multiple types of meals. Plenty of cleaning supplies for dishes/counters. There was a new grill as well. It was so nice to be right on the beach and just walk down whenever. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The whole property was wonderful and great for a family with kids. It is quiet on either side of the house. The beach area was not busy at all (week before Memorial Day). Would highly recommend this stay!

We are a family of five that enjoys each other's company and sharing our time with family and friends. Our favorite things to do are to travel together, play board games, spend time in the garden and out in nature, watching baseball & football, and most of all spending lazy days on the beach. We are advocates of Mother Nature--doing our best to keep her clean and respecting all her "children". We are excited to make new memories here in Surf City and offer our home to you to do the same. Surf City is a wonderful place with friendly people who appreciate a warm, family atmosphere. Our neighbors on either side of us live there year round and are kind and helpful, and in the local area there is a compassionate group of people who dedicate their time to rescuing sea turtles, as well as, assisting baby sea turtles back to the ocean. We feel quite blessed to be part of a community that is respectful, good-natured, and fun.
