Villa P. Edera, with pool and panoramic view

Villa Patrizia is located on the slopes of the mountain that overhangs Castellammare del Golfo, with panoramic view of the Gulf.
It consists of three different types of housing options: Bouganvillea, Edera, Melograno and you can choose one of these accommodation which best suits your needs. The villa has a swimming pool, outdoor showers, garden, BBQ and barbecue parking area and these facilities are shared among the guests of the three housing units. The villa is one km away from the city center, three km from the sandy beach of Castellammare and ten km from Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve
The owners live on the ground floor of the villa and they will be at your disposal, if you want, for any advice or basic needs.
The apartment Edera features a terrace overlooking the swimming pool, where you can stay and dine comfortably in contact with nature. The housing unit consists of a living room kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with TV and air conditioning, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds (this room has no windows), a bathroom with shower.

The weekly rental price includes gas, water and electricity consumption, 1 set of bath towels a head, bed linen and final cleaning. Air conditioning is charged according to consumption at Euro 0,50 per kwh to pay on the spot.
