The host was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to be accommodating and kind. We stayed here while waiting for our long-term rental to be ready, and this vacation rental truly felt like a home away from home during that time. The house was beautiful, very clean, and well maintained, with everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference after long days. We especially loved the screened-in porch, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Welcoming home in nice neighborhood just a short drive to the strip.

Spacious and clean home for our three-night visit to the Las Vegas area. Conveniently located just a short distance from the Las Vegas strip and outdoor adventures like the Red Rock canyon. Nice and quiet neighborhood for relaxing at the end of a fun day.

Beautiful, spacious southwestern home with lovely patio.

What a great house and area! My husband and boys drove by the strip one evening to see all the lights but otherwise we enjoyed the hiking trails and outdoor activities, mountains nearby. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The perfect property for a family stay!

When you stay at Benny"s house, you enjoy the big and clean house located close to supermarkets, restaurants, and both 15 and 215 freeways. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and safe. We liked the feel of being in our own house: having YouTube, Netflix, Amazon TV available on a large screen, having good choice of coffees and teas, and be able to cook meals. We recommend this property to everyone!

Wow, great stay, just what we needed.

Several family members came together from around the country to visit my brother, who lives in Henderson NV. This house was perfect for us - clean, 3 BRs, laundry, great wifi and smart TV, plenty of space - big dining room table, great kitchen with everything we needed, and the wrap-around covered porch was sooo relaxing. Some of us were working during the day so the office was great as well. Quiet neighborhood. Ben was very responsive when we had questions. Couldn't have been better.

Best vacation stay we’ve had

Everything was great here at this house. The house was very accessorized. Everything we needed was there for us. The covered patio is amazing in the backyard. Communication with the host was great! I will definitely say that they made sure we were taken care of. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Good neighborhood and no issues with anything.

Great place and exceptional host!

Not only is this a beautiful home, but Benny is the most responsive and friendly host/owner we've ever worked with. The house is well equipped and has a large office with dual monitors to plug into for those who have to work. Another bonus is that there is a small 4-seat table right next to the kitchen as well as a giant and beautiful dining room table in the dining room/entry area. Everything worked well with no complaints. The hot water does take a little time to get going, but easy to work with once you realize it. Checkin/out process was very smooth and easy. Thanks Benny!

Las Vegas vacation

This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet it is very close to everything – the airport, the Strip, and all the highways that get you out of Las Vegas to the nature. The house is a new construction, tastefully decorated and supplied with everything you could need. It is exceptionally clean (there are no wall-to-wall carpets). The kitchen is well stocked with common appliances and the bathrooms have also all the basics provided. It is very spacious. Pleasant surprise for our teenager was a “computer room” where he could hook up his laptop to provided monitors and connect with his friends after all day hikes. Check-in is easy via coded lock. Communication with Benny was very easy via text, even though we did not use that option too much, since everything worked well, and we did not have any questions.

Would definitely return!

First and foremost Benny was super attentive and always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. He was very flexible with our check in/out time which helped us tremendously based on our flight times. The property was super clean and very spacious. Definitely over our expectations. The patio area was perfect for us for extra space and comfort. Even had a little space for yoga/exercise if anyone needed to get in their stretching and work out session including a yoga mat and exercise ball. A lot of extra towels and linens available to us. Kitchen is very ample and lovely with the high ceilings. Very easy to find the place and open the unit with the instructions given by the owner. Little suggestions for an added experience value: The master bedroom needs a little more lighting it gets very dark at night and there is only one table lamp to light the room. It was a bit difficult getting ready for a night out and using the nice big mirror etc. The master bed is a bit firm (its a memory foam) it was perfect for me since I have back issues and prefer something more firm but it was a bit stiff for my boyfriend but we still had a good nights sleep regardless. The kitchen faucet is a little lose but still functioned properly. Need more extra toilet paper in the bathrooms along with accesible cleaning supplies in the kitchen to help a guest clean up after like a broom and pan and/or swiffer wipes for the swiffer. Aside from that we had a lovely stay on our New Years vacation is was a perfect fit for our group! Thanks so much!

Extended Family Getaway

Very nice home. Added bonus was the ability to watch premium channels in the family room and the master. There was a nice enclosed outdoor space that would have been great if the weather wasn’t so hot. We are very low maintenance and have used home sharing for a while now, so we really don’t call the host unless there is a problem and there wasn’t. We always bring our own must haves just in case. A recommendation would be to provide a full set of towels for each guest (face and hand towel) and include any special instructions in the house rules, such as limits on the thermostat (which was reasonable) or plumbing (not so much). Dear Sherry, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and thank you for leaving positive feedback & your recommendation 🙏🏾. There is a complete set of towels in the closet; I'll make sure to point this out in the instructions. Due to the nature of the climate in Las Vegas, we asked to keep the temperature in a reasonable range of a 72°F and above to keep the air conditioner in good working order throughout the stay, just as a precautionary measure. The same goes for personal hygiene products that can clog the toilet and the piping system; to be on the safe side, we ask that they get disposed of in the trash bin and not get flushed as a precautionary measure. Your recommendations are highly appreciated and will be used to clarify the instruction manual further. Thanks for staying with us. You are always welcome to our house 🙏🏻. Benny

Impromptu Family Trip

This property and its owner were perfect for a last minute Impromptu trip. The owner was very accommodating and kept in constant communication at all times during our stay. The home has every essential for making meals on site if you should choose to shop for groceries. I recommend this home and would stay here should a need arise again.
