Villa Los Tablazos ist eine gemütliche 3-Schlafzimmer-Villa, die ideal zwischen der beliebten Küstenstadt Nerja und dem malerischen weißen Dorf Frigiliana gelegen ist, eingebettet in eine ruhige, erhöhte ländliche Gegend mit atemberaubenden Panoramablicken auf Meer und Berge. Seine Lage ist perfekt für Gäste, die den Stränden, Restaurants und der lebhaften Atmosphäre von Nerja nahe sein möchten und gleichzeitig Privatsphäre und Ruhe genießen wollen.



Die Villa bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste und verfügt über zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, ein Zweibettzimmer und drei Badezimmer, alle mit Dusche und WC. Eines der Badezimmer befindet sich praktischerweise im Poolbereich.



Draußen können Gäste einen großen privaten Swimmingpool (9m x 4m) genießen, mit einer Tiefe von 1,1m im flachen Bereich und 2,2m im tiefen Bereich. Der geräumige, eingezäunte Garten umfasst Gartenmöbel, einen Grill, einen Tischtennistisch und einen privaten Parkplatz, was ihn ideal für Familien macht.



Im Inneren ist die Villa vollständig ausgestattet für komfortable ganzjährige Aufenthalte und bietet Klimaanlage mit Heizung, WLAN, Kamin, Smart-TV mit Satellitenkanälen (Spanisch, Englisch, Deutsch und Französisch), Stereoanlage, DVD-Player, Balkon, Bügeleisen, Haartrockner sowie Kinderbett und Hochstuhl für Gäste, die mit kleinen Kindern reisen.



Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Ofen, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Entsafter und das gesamte notwendige Geschirr und Besteck.

On arrival walking from car to front of villa was quite special, the views were amazing the outside area very well kept, the pool was especially inviting, the accommodation was intimate and had all we needed, the villa was clean and smelled fresh, laundry and showering facilities were excellent, all tv channels available, instructions from Maribel always friendly and super helpful. What a stunning place this is!

Gorgeous view from the outside, really private and peaceful. Fantastic location a short drive from Nerja and Frigliana - both of which we loved. Large supermarkets a short drive away. Children loved the ping pong and the pool. We really appreciated the food basket and cold drinks when we arrived. Highly recommend and will be back!

Lovely villa, great garden, amazing views

The property was clean and comfortable, with a lovely garden and pool. It had amazing views and is in a great location. The owners were very helpful and we loved Nerja and Frigiliana. We can't wait to go back!

Fabulous outdoor space

Great location with wonderful views of both mountains and the sea. We enjoyed using all the outdoor seating areas and some of the many sports and games provided. Upgrading the bed in the ensuite bedroom is the only area which could be improved.

Heaven on Earth!

Just spent four weeks at the villa and it was perfect! The villa is situated within a short drive of Nerja and Frigiliana, but is so peaceful. It’s the perfect location. I can not praise the owner and manager enough. They were so helpful, any questions were answered immediately. We will definitely be returning!

Two couples went to your lovely villa to enjoy a relaxing warm break after the Winter in Finland recently, and we were not disappointed. It was beautifully cleaned and looked after, with some lovely seated areas with different views. Warm friendly arrival we had when we arrived and the lovely surroundings made for a wonderful holiday spending so much time at the villa it was hard to leave some days to explore! Thank you for such a special time. We would not hesitate to return.

Charming area with stunning scenery. Very friendly host . First rate outside areas with a pool . Great wood stove for our winter stay . Reliable bus service to Nerja and Frigliana ( 5 minutes either way) . Also first class service from Spain sunrentals as always. I don’t know if a roof terrace is practical to maximise every last minute of the winter sunshine.

Stunning views!!!

The view is fantastic and never gets boring. We loved the big garden with the amazing pool. A lot of nice place to sit and a lot of space. It's surpisingly close to Nerja and Frigliana, it feels like you're far away and everything is muy tranquilo. But just 8 minutes drive and you are in the center of Nerja or at the beach. We loved it! We loved it all very much. The house is a little outdated but that didn't bother us. The kitchen could use some more and newer stuff like sharper and better knifes.

Fantastic villa

We have just come back from a lovely 2 week holiday at this villa. The villa is set in spacious, quiet grounds with several seating areas surrounded by grape and fig trees, overlooking a picturesque view of Nerja below. Great for kids as has a lovely pool, badminton, tabletennis, boules and darts. Outside Bbq area and further seating. Villa is very clean with nice sized air conditioned bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. Several beaches 5-10 mins drive away, supermarkets 5-10 mins and restaurants in Frigiliana and nerja. Cannot day a big enough Thankyou to the ‘Spain sun-rental’ staff in particular Meribel, Juan and Alfonso as they went out of their way to be helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Communication and response with them was quick and easy and they went out of their way to accommodate some special requirements that we had for one of our party. Overall a fantastic villa, and a brilliant holiday!

This is our third stay at this wonderful villa, and I am sure it won’t be our last! The villa is in a quiet, peaceful, and very private location, it has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing break. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are extremely comfortable with lots of hangers and storage. There are at least 6 different outdoor seating areas from which to enjoy the amazing views as well as the incredibly relaxing daybed at the bottom of the garden, a brilliant new addition for this year. The pool is lovely, the perfect temperature and incredibly clean. The villa location is excellent as it is just a short drive to Burriana beach, Frigliana hilltop village,Nejra old town where you will find the stunning Balcon de Europa as well as a lots of shops/boutiques/supermarkets/pharmacies and a huge range of very good restaurants. I would also like to thank the charming landlords and Spain Sun Rentals who were brilliant and from whom we received a fantastic service right from the booking process to the way they looked after us while we were at the villa, especially booking us taxis for meals out. They were also excellent when we had a small problem, unfortunately on our arrival the aircon in one of the twin bedrooms didn’t seem to be working, however, this was fixed quickly and efficiently with a brand new unit. We were very sad to leave, but hope to return again next year.

Droomhuis in pittoresk Nerja

Het huis en de tuin met zwembad geven je echt het gevoel dat je op vakantie bent. Het uitzicht is fantastisch en we hebben elke ochtend genoten van de prachtige zonsopgang. Het huis was meer dan voldoende, een beetje gedateerd, maar dat vonden we niet erg omdat alles verder uitstekend was. Alles was van alle gemakken voorzien. De waterkoker werkte niet goed. Na één telefoontje was het probleem direct opgelost! De service was uitstekend, niet alleen ter plaatse, maar ook vooraf. De communicatie was geweldig en ze gaven ons zelfs een routebeschrijving met foto's. Niets dan lof! Ik beveel dit huis iedereen aan, of je kunt er een huren via Spain Sun Rentals. Alles was zeer betrouwbaar! Niks gewoon zo doorgaan!
