The Space:

In a chalet-style building, enter this lovely and enormous apartment. It's one of the biggest  and best in town, and its right in the center of world-renowned Kitzbühel, Austria. It offers both fantastic views grand living quarters. With this apartment as your home base, you have the perfect location to explore some of the best mountains of the Austrian Alps, as well as an elegant and soothing home to which to return.



The house has 4 bedrooms, each containing 2 twin beds that can be put together to create a King bed. Each has its own en-suite bathroom. There is a separate dining room and a living room with beautiful, large open fireplace. There are three TV's and WIFI.



The house has a garage parking for two cars. There is a private cellar compartment for all the ski equipment. The terrace faces south and in wintertime one can see the famous downhill finishing slope Streif of the "Hahnenkamm "race.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located 10 minutes walking distance to the ski-lift , 2 minutes to the main street and historic center where all the shops are. There are the best restaurants and bars right around the house, as are Ski rental and ski-school for children.

Kitzbühel is one of Austria's best known and exclusive winter sports resorts, situated between the mountains Hahnenkamm and Kitzbühler Horn. The annual World Cup Ski events take place on the Hahnenkamm, including the circuit's most important event, the downhill race on the famous Streif slope.



Other Things to Note:

Ski: Ski Welt is Austria's largest inter-linked ski area, which includes Going, Ellmau, Soll, Itter, Westendorf & Brixen. Over 250km of skiing and 100 lifts. Most of the area is well served by cannon for artificial snow coverage and it all starts right across the road from our house! You would be hard pressed to find a better location in this area. Serious ski-safari folk can also get a vanderpass to include the whole Kitzbuhel ski region as well, accessible by car, bus or interlinked ski-lift.

Kitzbühel is not just for outdoor winter sports. The ATP tennis tournament on clay, the Austrian Open, is held every summer during the final week of July.



Golf: There are at least 14 golf courses within 1 hours drive of the house. The nearest is in Ellmau, which includes a driving range, walkable from the house or a 2 minute drive.
