Torre Fortunata, perched regally on top of a hill, is an ancient stronghold dating back to the 12th century. It has overlooked the city of Todi since the Middle Ages, and today offers families and friends a perfect haven, evocative and comfortable, to holiday together. The Tower's terrace perched at the top of five high floors - with elevator of course - is perfect for summer dining with a bird's eye view, cocktails or sunbathing when you chose a change from the pool. The terrace crowns a collection of beautifully renovated and decorated suites and apartments, making a total of 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, sleeping up to 12 people. Each room boasts historic and characteristic features, such as terracotta floorings, beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces, and ancient doors that has been combined so cleverly with a modern artistic furnishings that combines family antiques with modern and contemporary design pieces. The Torre offers an unforgettable and unique experience of living in a real medieval fortified castle in exclusivity.
The castle interior with its high ceilings and soothing proportions, and artful while cheerful furnishings, provides guests with large and gracious areas to share both family, social and personal moments. Though rented as a an exclusive use property each floor offers a private hall with seating area, and bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition to the ground floor kitchen, there are two independent kitchens at the third and the fourth floor which can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also enjoy your outdoor meals, on the magnificent 360° panoramic terrace (25 sq.mt.), or in the shade of the ancient trees of the park. The swimming pool, located in a sunlit and peaceful area between olive trees and rosemary, offers moments of pure pleasure in a truly Italian ambiance.
A stay at Torre Fortunata includes daily cleaning, Italian luxury bathroom products, a change of bathroom towels every two days, and a change of bed linens weekly for longer stays. A cook can be provided on request.
