A great villa in a stunning location

A great villa in a stunning location - we couldn't get enough of the spectacular views! The location was great for us, remote enough to spend quiet, relaxing days by the pool but just a few minutes drive to local amenities including some lovely restaurants and the local mini-markets that are well stocked with everything you'll need. We had a fantastic trip and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful villa,booking through Freelance Villas.

Stayed 15th May for 6 nights

The mattress in the bedroom upstairs needs replacing. It’s the worst mattress we have ever slept on. We love this villa and we have been twice but can’t possibly on this mattress again.

Villa Fiskardo View in September

The photos/video on the Freelance website could never do justice to the spectacular views and position of the villa they truly take your breath away and they change depending upon the light and the time of day. Majestic! The villa is well-equipped and the only danger is that you have to drag yourself away to do other things. We had sailed arounf Kefalonia the previous week, so had already visited places like Sami, Poros and Aghia Effimia so didn't feel compelled to spend a lot of time exploring, but we enjoyed a walk to Fiskardo for breakfast via Foki Beach and also visited Assos and its Venetian Castle and harbour, and the fish market in Argostoli (one of only two places where you can buy fresh fish). We liked the fact that there were a number of distinct separate areas in the outdoor spaces. Finally, thank you to Diane at Freelance for responding to our requests so promptly whilst we were there! We weren't sure who owned the resident cat and if we were supposed to feed it or not until we spoke to the owner. It may be worth warning visitors as some may have allergies to felines....

Best sea views, ever !

We loved the location and view. The pool area was private and great for sun worshippers. However the villa itself is tired and shabby. There were quite a few things damaged, the kitchen was units and some of the patio furniture. Needs a refurb.

Superb stay

Couldn’t have asked more from this holiday. Not only was everything as advertised, had one small issue during the week which was rectified immediately. - with a wonderful cake in the fridge after it was fixed. Can’t recommend this villa or the company enough.
