The villa in Moraira has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people. The 259 m² accommodation is very spacious across two floors.
On the upper level, at street, the villa offers a charming living room with sofas and armchairs to relax with the flat screen Smart satellite TV offering Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and free WiFi. From the living room there is access to the dining room with large dining table and to the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. On this floor there are also two beautiful bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony with stunning views down the valley. The second bedroom has two single beds and is located next to a bathroom with a shower. The living room windows open into a glazed Naya, beautiful to capture the summer sun which in turn opens onto a wonderful terrace overlooking the green valley and the pool.
A staircase takes you down to a further 3 double bedrooms , one being en-suite, and a further house bathroom. All 3 bedrooms on this level have direct access via patio doors to the pool terrace with a nice covered relaxation area with sofas that has direct access to the pool.

The beautiful private pool and stunning grounds has an external shower, terrace, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor dining area. In addition, Villa Casa Verde has covered parking where you can park up to 2 cars.

The situation is very convenient with many services nearby although it is advisable to have a car to appreciate the area surrounding Moraira. It is located 1 km from "Supermarket Carrefour Market", 800 m from "The Brevis" restaurant and Sol Park tennis club which also has a children's play area and crazy golf, 2 km from "Playa de l'Ampolla" sandy beach, 2 km from Moraira town, 5 km from Golf course "Club de Golf Jávea" and 92 km from the airport "Aeropuerto Alicante" ( 45 mins via Motorway ). It is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
