3 bed chalet, sleeps 6, with double glazing. Ruby rated.

Two-storey chalet with lounge, kitchen/dining area and bathroom on the ground floor, and three bedrooms upstairs.

Wonderful chalet!

We had such a lovely week, the chalet was lovely and clean with very comfy beds! My children loved the party each night and what a great location-thank you very much! X

Lovely location stayed here before on several occasions

Chalet lovely but microwave didn’t work, shower was un usable and there was no mat for bathroom making it slippy and dangerous. Otherwise all was good thank u

Ideal for a short seaside break!

Property was easy to find and had ample parking. Location was somewhere we were familiar with and near the beaches, arcades and a short walk from Hemsby. Equipped with everything we needed. The property was surface cleaned and was very tidy on arrival but could do with a one off deeper clean - drawers and cupboards left hands feeling sticky and around / under furniture was dirty. Shower is attached to bath taps so you can’t stand in it. Thank you for hosting us - an ideal base for a short stay close to Hemsby and Great Yarmouth.

small pointers

lovely accommodation. everything you could need for a short stay. in my opinion could do with a couple of upgrades to help older guests. e.g rail on bath to help to get in and out. also taps changed to lever taps. shoewr head changing onto the wall where the light swith is and a shower curtain putting up.

Check in was quick and easy,the cleanliness of the property was absolutely appalling,under the sofa has clearly never been hoovered..dust,food etc the double bed is broken and all fittings were loose,one of the single beds slats was broken(snapped) so we had to put a mattress and a pillow underneath for support,the bunk bed ladder was hanging off…the whole property had a very musty stale smell and had now lingered onto our bedding and clothing,which is now fit for the bin,there was no wi-fi like stated,the toilet doesn’t flush properly so had to chuck buckets of water down the get rid of the content…this property is very dated and I don’t think it has been cleaned properly in a long time…was a lovely area but staying in this chalet let down the holiday

Although, disappointed and sorry to learn that your arrival to the property was not a pleasant one for you, and there were aspects of the cleanliness that didn’t meet expectations. While the property is older and naturally shows some signs of wear and tear, it should absolutely be clean and well presented for your arrival, and we’re truly sorry if that wasn’t the case. Had we been made aware at the time, either directly or through the cleaning company, we would have arranged for the cleaning company to return straight away to put things right for you. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we always want the opportunity to resolve any issues during a stay wherever possible. Disappointed

I have emailed 2cholidays but no reply ..... we are very unhappy about the chalet we stayed in the double bed was just put together from 2 separate beds two mattress on it very wobberly .the mirror in the bathroom was still dirty ie had toothpaste splats and water marks .The doors had dirty sticky drink marks running down them. The stairs had just painted white stairs which was disgustingly dirty. The WHITE sofa was disgusting had black marks all over it ... I opened the balcony door to find cigarette ends all on the balcony.... cobwebs EVERYWHERE to say we have just had a pandemic there is no sign of any cleanliness in that chalet. We have stayed in lots of chalets on this site but this has definitely put us of from booking through you again we are very upset by this and would like to hear back from you !!! I do have pictures so Il be very happy to share them with you this has absolutely upset us so much NOT HAPPY .

We take any issues of cleanliness and Maintenance very seriously, there are procedures and processes in place, so it is very disappointing that some areas were overlooked and required further attention. We encourage all our guests to contact us to let us know if anything is amiss, or if there is a problem with the accommodation and highlight this promise in your Key Safe Code email, as we would have had done all we could to have helped you, by getting the cleaners to return and rectify the cleaning for you without any disruption to yourselves or see if there was an alternative property for you to move to. The 2cHolidays maintenance line is manned 24/7 as we are on call to help guest with any issues they may have. The points you have raised have been forwarded onto the cleaning Company & Maintenance and will, if not already done so, be shared with the owner so they can arrange full inspections to be carried out at the property. We do hope you had a great stay, despite the points mentioned, and have some happy memories of your time away.
