Everything was very clean and a self explanatory email was received before our stay - the only thing that wasn’t explained was were to put our rubbish at the end of our stay

Chalet on Bermuda holiday park -Newport

Cosy chalet. Very clean . Close to beach. You just need to be aware it has a coin operated electric metre, so you will need some pounds coins! Also it was faulty so we needed to call for assistance with this. How ever overall a lovely place to stay.

The chalet was nice considering it was on the cheaper side. We called about a toaster and washing machine, the toaster was changed but the washing still isn't working. It was ok for out stay but we do suggest changing mattresses in the twin beds and the bunk beds as they were too soft that I could feel the springs. Also a suggestion to new pillows as we had to use between 2 and 3 pillows to get comfortable, as they were quite thin. But over all a good chalet for price.

Very nice place

Very nice place on arrival we had two telling offs, one from Jan's shop and the other from the carousel cafe, we found it a bit of a long walk to the beach as all the paths down had been closed by the Council due to erosion, on the whole we had a great stay

chalet 201

basically ok, mattresses on beds poor, need replacing, saucepans need replacing. we were told no travel cot but on arrival we found one ( after packing ours), had to hunt round to find electric meter, electric towel rail not working (and no instructions as to how it should work. Good base for visiting area
