La Casa Azzurra

“Casa Azzurra” is a small comfortable house of about 55 square meters, located at the entrance of Costa Rei, a renowned tourist center in southeastern Sardinia.
The house is spread over one level and is characterized by an entrance / living room with a single sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette (stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster), a small dining area with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one double and one with separate beds.
The entire House overlooks a well-furnished porch with outdoor furniture, ideal for pleasant moments of relaxation at the open air.
There is also a well-equipped Barbecue area in the well-kept garden.
The House also has air conditioning/heating in the living room, Free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, hairdryer, washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron, outdoor shower with cold water and parking place nearby.
Due to its characteristics and its location just 400 meters from the sea, the House is ideal for couples, small families with children and groups of friends who want to spend their holidays on the southeast coast of the island.
