Escape to our spacious 1 bedroom house in the heart of the North Devon countryside. Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway, taking in the fresh air while on gorgeous walks or visiting nearby historical towns. After a wonderful day in the countryside, relax in the shared on-site sauna or go for a swim in the shared indoor pool before enjoying a delightful meal at Woodford Bridge Restaurant & Bar. Our space comfortably accommodates 2 guests, but can sleep up to 4!

Our house has 1 BEDROOM with 1 Double bed. You'll love the luxury bed linen. There's a Sofa bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washing machine, or use the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

After exploring the area, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our smart TV or watch your favourite movie with our DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. Listen to some music using the Bluetooth clock radio provided. In the evening, step out on your private terrace and enjoy the fresh air.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a microwave, an oven, a set of hobs, a toaster, a dishwasher, a kettle, a refrigerator, extensive cooking utensils, and a complimentary welcome pack and cleaning essentials. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine! Enjoy a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Woodford Bridge Country Club where our house is conveniently located. These include squash court access, fitness centre access (available for an additional charge), the playground, the on-site sauna (available for an additional charge), a pool table, and more! The guest services team is available 24 hours a day to ensure a stress-free stay.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of £100. An end of stay cleaning is included.

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at the on-site Woodford Bridge Restaurant & Bar which serves home-prepared food using the best quality, locally sourced ingredients. Spend a day near the coastline and make sure to visit Bude and Westward Ho! Visit some of the nearby towns and attractions, including the historic market town of Barnstaple and the Tintagel Castle.

• **The resort is not on one level and the incline can be quite steep in places.
• **The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme, so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our Guests.
• **The restaurant and bar will be closed until further notice.
