This cute yet stylish cottage has a fun nautical theme, cleverly set out over three floors with maximum comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a Super King Size bed, and the bathroom includes a very large walk-in shower. Start the day refreshed in the large kitchen-diner. Then return to the bright, airy first-floor lounge to relax above the bustling town below.


Accommodation:

The front door leads into the open-plan kitchen-diner, with wood-effect flooring throughout and plenty of hanging space for coats. The dining area comfortably seats six, and there's a large wall-mounted smart TV. The shaker-style kitchen includes a coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.

Upstairs is the lounge with comfortable sofas, nautical-themed décor and a large, wall-mounted smart TV. One of the sofas doubles as a sofa bed. Window seating provides additional space to relax and watch the world go by. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a rainfall-effect feature.

The master bedroom has a super-kingsize bed. It is a 'zip-and-link' bed which can be configured as two full-size single beds upon request when booking. The second bedroom has a double bed.


Parking:

There is space to pull up outside for unloading and a car park permit for the Mayors Avenue Car Park (about a minute's walk away).

Please note that the permit does not guarantee a parking space, and it can get very busy during the summer and special events, such as the Royal Regatta week (during which the car park is closed).”
