New, comfortable 50 m² apartment furnished in a modern style, located on the first floor with a terrace, a playground near the house, in the top tourist area of Umag, ideal for families with children. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house where other apartments are also rented. The accommodation is situated in the tourist area of Umag, popular among tourists for its variety of beaches and for its coastline surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in different species of evergreen shrubs, pines, and cypresses.

The location is perfect for families with children thanks to the nearby playground and the proximity to the beaches. The bathing facilities are easily reachable on foot within a few minutes. The location is quiet, sunny, surrounded by greenery, yet still central. The tennis courts where the famous Croatia Open ATP tennis tournament in Umag has been held for years are 500 m away.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), bedside tables and night lamps, a wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, a bedside table, a night lamp, and a wardrobe; bed linen is provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer, toilet, washbasin with cabinet and mirror, and an exterior window. Bath towels, two per person, are provided. The modern, fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, kettle, electric stove with 4 ceramic glass cooking zones, and is connected to the dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs. The living corner has a flat-screen satellite TV, corner sofa, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi internet connection. From the living area, there is access to a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Free public parking is available near the house.

The area is quiet and surrounded by greenery. The nearby beaches offer various facilities to meet every need: sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped beaches, with the possibility of renting sun loungers and umbrellas. These beaches are framed by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast, allowing shade during the hottest hours of the day. To find your preferred beach, you only need to walk a few hundred meters, as the structure of the beaches changes. For fitness lovers, along the seafront near Villa Rita beach, there are free outdoor gym facilities available.
The beach is 300 m away, the grocery store 500 m away, and the restaurant 200 m away.

Near the apartment, there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. The Punta restaurant, about 700 m from the house, offers a wide selection of fish dishes, appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Only 400 m away there is a tourist train station that runs from the Katoro tourist village along the coast to Umag center and back. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by tourist train.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, aquarium, cathedral, taking a walk along the famous Umag breakwater, exploring the narrow and interesting streets of the old town, the new square decorated with a fountain, shopping in the town shops, or visiting the stalls and playground along the promenade for the joy of children.
To purchase larger quantities of groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to larger and more affordable supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.

There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where water skiing, diving, and boat rentals are possible, an adventure park for children and a minigolf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, nightlife venues, casinos, and the possibility of various boat or bus excursions.
The area is rich in renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, and bars. Those who wish to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days when the beach is not an option or for evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artist village of Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace offering a magnificent view of the Mirna River valley. Motovun is a typical medieval hilltop town known for its film festival, held every year at the end of July. Livade is known for white truffles found in the nearby forests. For astronomy lovers who wish to admire the sky and stars, visit the Višnjan Observatory Center by appointment, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small and wonderful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Do not miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are coastal cities such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited through organized excursions. There are various boat excursions, “fish picnic” trips with fish or meat lunches, during which you can visit Rovinj, Poreč, or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by catamaran. For children’s enjoyment, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana “Dino Park” theme park, where fun is guaranteed for both children and adults. For food lovers, there are many options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, traditional Istrian prosciutto, and much more.

- to report any damage caused to the owner, who, after a careful assessment of the damage, will request payment in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange key handover.
