DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the seafront next to a nice park to walk. It is large, spacious, with a terrace with incredible side views of the sea and mountains.

It consists of three double rooms; in two of them there is a double bed and in the other a bunk bed. One of the rooms has access to a beautiful terrace, perfect for watching sunrises. The apartment has a fully equipped dining room. It has two sofas for your rest, a television and a table for lunch, dinner... The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, down to the smallest detail: we have glasses of champagne, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans... To make you feel at home.

The apartment will be rented entirely for you and is not shared with other people.

1) CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Information Service

Dear customer, PARADISE RENT BARCELONAwould like to facilitate your arrival, which takes place at our office located at Paseo Europa 10-12 bajo de Pineda de Mar (08397).

Entrance hours:16:00h. to 20:00h.
Departure time: at 10:00h.
In the case of making the entry outside the office hours scheduled for the delivery of the keys to your vacation home, we offer you the following options:

1. Direct entry to the accommodation:A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation (at the same time). *This option has an additional cost.

2. Entry outside office hours:*the additional cost depends on the time of arrival.

3. AUTO CHECK-IN:Arrival outside of hours and delivery of keys in mailbox with code. The entire reservation must be paid in advance, as well as the deposit and the information of all guests. *No additional cost required

2) Deposit and Tourist Taxes

àDEPOSIT: Mandatory payment for each stay for the security of the property and the objects it contains.

*This will be returned unless the house rules have not been met, the house or apartment has been left in poor condition

àTOURIST TAX: Fee of € 1 / night per person

3) Services Included

- Sheet and towel service included in the price.

- Courtesy pack

- Electricity, water, and gas consumption included with responsible consumption.

- Heating service included from 01/01 to 03/15 and from 10/19 to 12/31.

4) Extra services:

- Free and unlimited Wi-Fi Internet.

- PETS: 6€/day

- Extra consumption of 100kW, €0.25/kW.

HOUSE'S RULES
- PLEASE RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS! Above all, from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., since it is totally forbidden to make noise.

- It is forbidden for someone who is not in the reservation to sleep or use the apartment

- PROHIBITED PARTYS

- In case of losing the keys: you will have to pay €50

- Prior to check-out, order and cleanliness must be maintained as far as possible: leaving the dishes washed, the sheets and towels well placed, etc.

- Candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home should not be left either.

- The towels provided are for the shower, they are not beach towels or to clean shoes..., so please do not use them for that purpose. Each damaged towel will be charged €5/small and €10/large from the deposit.

CONDITIONS FOR LONG STAY:
For stays of more than 3 weeks consult prices (special offers).
Keep in mind that we charge the costs separately (water, electricity, gas...).Each month we will provide you with bills for consumption and you must pay it.
The amount of the deposit will depend on the duration of the rental.
