Large welcoming six bedroom private villa on the outskirts of the pretty white washed village of Villanueva del Trabuco, positioned with easy access to visit all the beautiful towns and villages of Andalucia, only 40 minutes from Malaga airport in the Gorda, San Jorge and Gilbato sierras. Should you wish to pull yourselves away from the relaxing private pool area you are only 50 minutes from the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
Enjoy the private open space with outside pool, comfortable shaded seating areas and barbeque space to enjoy the warm evenings with family and/or friends.
Whilst your aim will be to relax and enjoy your surroundings modern day life is still available with excellent WiFi available in the property via fibre optic cable.
Your barbeque area has a fridge/freezer to keep your drinks cool, wine rack and Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime built in. Easy private parking on site with space for 4 cars. There are hand sanitizing stations at both entrances to the house, hand soap at all sinks. Your hosts work diligently to ensure all high use areas such as switches, handles and taps are hygienically cleaned before your stay. All bedding and towels are changed before your stay and washed at 60 degrees for your safety.

Every bedroom is decorated for your comfort, with hairdryers, towels and fresh linen. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, three bedrooms have air conditioning. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. One double bedroom and single bedroom are positioned downstairs with ease of access. The two double bedrooms upstairs led on to a balcony with comfortable seating and view over the olive groves to the mountains where you can enjoy a late evening glass of wine, or a relaxing coffee to start your day.
Bathrooms have storage, shaver charging points and lit mirrors, with special touches such as local made natural soaps, cotton wool pads for your use. The downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower and a removable shower seat.
For our younger guests we provide cots with bedding, highchair, bath and changing mat. For their safety we have safety gate and bed guards, all of these are available on request without charge for your peace of mind.
The comfortable living area has air conditioning and a wood burning fire for the cooler evenings out of season. The kitchen is well equipped should you not wish to make the most of the local restaurants in the village, with space for members of the family to come together and enjoy cooking together as group. Among equipment available you have a four ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, blender and kettle. In the Utility room you have a washing machine, to enable you to pack light, an iron and ironing board.
Leading from the kitchen is a games room with pool table, darts board and a variety of board games, with comfortable seating to enjoy the cooler space on the hottest of days or nights.
Beautiful views of the Gorda and San Jorge mountains lead up from the many olive groves that surround this property which offers the opportunity to experience Spanish hospitality at its finest. Time your holiday to enjoy the local fiesta´s where all of the local community come together to celebrate.
