The property also consists of a family bathroom with a bath and shower, a cloakroom, a kitchen/diner and a conservatory/sitting room with underfloor heating. Outside is a large driveway with parking for up to four cars, a lawn, a patio with furniture and a secure shed for bike storage. Waverley is a homely base, well-placed for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB and the coast. Note: This property can not accept bookings with a Sunday arrival. This property accepts a minimum of 3 nights
