Located on one of the best areas of the island, with 3 wonderful golf courses, and walking distance from the Tauro and Amadores beaches, it has wonderful views of the golf course and the valley. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the area of the island with the best climate, very close from the main touristic attractions of Puerto Rico and Mogan, but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing surrounded by nature.
The villa is distributed in one single floor and consists of a large fully-equipped open kitchen and a wide and luminous living/dining area, connected through big glass sliding doors to the terrace and garden, with outdoor lounging and dining areas, and 3 wonderful independent suites, each with its own private full bathroom. The villa has an interior jacuzzi area and is surrounded by a nice garden with a private pool.
There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private garage for 2 cars in the basement and plenty of street parking areas. The golf resort urbanization is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurant, and three complete golf courses. Access to the motorway is less than 1 km away and the airport is 35 minutes away.
