Firstly, our photographs are true representations of the property, captured under natural light conditions. Unfortunately, during your stay, the actual bad weather conditions may have obscured the house's full charm. Regarding the balcony, our Vrbo description accurately portrays its size, noting its rarity for Cortona, a town that dates back to the Etruscan period. If you can point out any discrepancies with what you read, I'd appreciate your note, and I'll rectify them. Additionally, I regret any inconvenience caused by your experience, particularly in light of your wife's knee surgery. In an effort to accommodate your needs, I extended an upgrade to our beautiful Casa Maya, which you chose not to accept.
