Hi my name is Sue! I grew up in the Greater Manchester area and have lived in Warrington for the last 40 years give or take! I visit my property in Costa Teguise regularly. I have 2 boys, Michael and David, who are in their 30s and 4 lovely Grandkids between 17 and 2 years of age! I am recently retired from my life long employment as a Care Worker. I fell in love with my apartment and the complex in Costa Teguise and can't wait to start renting it out for others to enjoy! I have put my all into making it a lovely place to stay and would love to hear back from anyone who stays there. I fell in love with the complex and the apartment the minute I stepped into it, it just felt right. The complex is lovely, clean and so relaxing. There is a lovely tapas bar called Las Amigos overlooking one of the pools and a restaurant on site. There is a shop across the road selling pretty much anything you might need and there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The main square containing some fantastic restaurants and bars is just down the road about a 10 minute walk or minutes in a taxi. There is an outdoor market on certain days in the square also. The complex itself is beautiful and it's on the seafront with a small beach. There is a lovely promenade that is nice for a walk that passes the complex and leads up to a nice bar/restaurant built on top of the rocks overlooking the sea where you can get a coffee or a cold beer and just enjoy the view. It's about 15 minutes from the airport and around 35 minutes from Playa Blanca which is a lovely white sandy beach! Puerto Del Carmen is only 20 minutes drive also if you enjoy a livelier night out!

The balcony has a sea view and everything you could want to feel right at home is within walking distance. The complex itself is private apartments/villas with many long term renters or residents so there is a nice community on site that are very helpful and welcoming. The weather is lovely pretty much all year round in Lanzarote so it doesn't matter when you go!
