Located in the heart of San Sebastian Old Town, our newly refurbished, beautiful apartment is the perfect place for a getaway to the city. The spacious, one bedroom apartment boasts a separate kitchen, lounge and modern bathroom with shower. The lounge is equipped with a TV and a double sofa bed, allowing a maximum of 4 guests in the apartment; while the kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, dining space and washing machine. Four balconies overlook the lively, traditional street of Fermin Calbeton: one of the best locations in the Old Town to join tourists and locals alike, spilling out onto the street to enjoy a pintxo and a caña.

Great stay!

Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, the property was clean and well maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! No air conditioning so it got a little hot during the summer, but they provided fans to help.

Old Town Old San Sebastián

We had a very comfortable stay in San Sebastián. The apartment was clean and roomie for its Old Town location. If you are into Pintxos the location doesn’t get any better than this. Close walks to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host was communicative and responsive. We highly recommend staying at this Apartment in Old Town

Really enjoyed staying here. Great location. Could not figure out how to turn on AC but opened windows and breeze worked fine. I would stay here again.

Perfect location to experience San Sebastián

Great location. Literally everything you want to see, taste, or do is within a short walk. The apartment has all that you need for your visit. The washing machine is an added bonus for longer stays. Great communication with the host. Bathroom is snug but works well.

Lively location, nice flat

Stayed for a few nights while solo traveling. The neighborhood had a lot going on, many bars and restaurants, walk to the beach. Very much enjoyed it.

Great stay

Fantastic location for being right in the centre of the old town. Few minor issues with some works going on in the apartments and checking in was a little tricky but we had full communication and was sorted in 10 minutes. Location is noisy so a rested nights sleep shouldn’t be expected but it’s a great party city

The apartment is in a great spot in the old town. Very central, everything is within 5 mins walking distance from the property. It's very lively at weekends which makes for a vibrant atmosphere, but if you're a light sleeper this might not be for you! Overall, a very nice place to stay in an amazing city.

Well appointed apartment with everything you need

This little apartment was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. The location in the old town was very convenient for the restaurants, shops and pintxos bars but this also keant it was very noisy at night .We arrived a little early and was pleased to be allowed into the flat by the very helpful manager. There is a lift currently being installed so you have to go up stairs to access the apartment. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Cool flat I’m the heart of the action!

Overall it is was a great stay! The communication the day we checked in could have been much smoother. It is a very loud area, but we didn’t mind because we we’re in the heart of the fun! The area is amazing! If you want to be in walking distance to the fun this is a great place to stay. Make the 30 km trip to the France border!

Perfect Apartment for 2

San Sabastian is a very popular destination, especially during the weekends. Although the apartment was in a great location, the noise level at night was a bit much. During the week it is much quieter with less tourists. Any issues we had was dealt with in a very timely fashion by the managing agent.

Very cute big apartment in old town!

This apartment was awesome and my husband and I definitely enjoyed staying here. However, if you’re coming in the winter - make sure to bring warm pajamas! It takes a long time for the apartment to warm up. Other than that, there was plenty of space and it was a cute apartment. I’d stay again!

Be forewarned...

Checkin horrible- less than 24 hr notice that elevator not working (hence unable to consider other lodging) Unwelcome entryway a genuine construction site, non-working elevatorInitial wifi connection impossible, phone calls to host unansweredOn a cold raining night the two radiators did not work, when temperature was 52 and it felt like 42. Phone call to host who insisted radiators worked with no interest in addressing the issue. (Incidentally bare wires were exposed at the ends of each cord, a possible fire hazard.) Given the evening chill in the apartment, attempts to boil water (for tea) in the microwave proved futile. Microwave simply did not heat water. The linen had bloodstained spots.A separate comment is in order about the host’s complete lack of customer service. Her attitude was abrupt and dismissive and responses were given begrudgingly. On a final note, located in the very heart of old town Donostia it is well sited- next door to one bar and across the street from another, both remain open and loud until 3am. We cannot recommend in any way this apartment and host and in fact request a refund from the host/vrbo

Central location in Old Town

Nice property with a bed and foldable sofa. All essentials provided. Centrally located in the Old Town, next to bars, cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The only thing that could be seen as a negative is that its central location means it get very noisy during the night, especially closer to the weekend.

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Edificio medio en ruinas. Escalera apuntalada. Bigas en mal estado. Mala insonorización. Nos tuvimos que ir a un hotel y no utilizamos el apartamento perdiendo asi lo que valia. Horrible

Gute Lage aber zu laut

Wer direkt von der Wohnung in die nächste pica bar will ist hier genau richtig. Dann aber auch viel trinken damit man anschließend gut schlafen kann, denn obwohl alle Fenster geschlossen sind hört man jedes Wort von draußen. Kücheneinrichtung nur befriedigend und Modernisierungsarbeiten im Treppenhaus geschlossen geschlissen

Apt in San Sebastian old town

The apt is well set up and has nice spaces. It's located near all the restaurants and energy of the old town but on the down side, it is very noisy at night and on a Friday and Saturday until 3 or 4 am which does impact on sleep seeing the apt is on a corner.

Petit appartement très bien situé, au centre de la vieille ville. Il y a tout le nécessaire. C’est sympathique. Propre, lumineux. Le propriétaire répond rapidement à nos besoins. Seul point négatif : bruyant dans la nuit les vendredis et samedis. Chose normale à cause de la situation de l’appartement.. Je recommande fortement

With the prices these guys are charging! The very least we should expect is clean bedding and a clean functional apartment. Deeply Stained stinky duvets and cover. Filthy bathroom… previous guests bodily fluids and toothpaste splattered all over shower/walls and basin. It simply had not been cleaned in between changeovers. an electric shock from the broken toaster hidden away in a Cupboard was the last straw, (it actually fell apart in my hands as I lifted out of the kitchen cupboard. We contacted the agent with little apologies and just allowed us to leave a day early. I could write a lot more, But to honest I really can’t be bothered. Terrible customer service. Needs to be reviewed. I wouldn’t want my apartment being run by these guys. Shame

Amazing location!

Located in the heart of the old town this beautiful apartment was situated in between all the restaurants/bars and shops. It was very clean and bright with all four of the balconies overlooking the small streets on both sides of this corner apartment. Only down side was it got quite noisy late into the evenings with people partying until the early morning hours. The pintxos were fantastic here and the beer and wine amazing!
