Nestled by arable farmland it is a superb base for all of the wonderful activities in and around Oxfordshire. The famous Blenheim Palace & the town of Woodstock are only a short drive away.


The Space:

Situated in the beautiful Hamlet of Worton, 'Stable Cottage' has been lovingly converted from an old Stable block into a charming two bedroom holiday cottage for 4 people. Located 20 minutes from Oxford, and 10 minutes from Blenheim Palace it is a superb base for activities in an around Oxfordshire. Our on-site seasonal pool, tennis court, and local country walks with also keep you entertained. (Pool opening times apply, including closure on Sundays - Summer months only).

The cottage is all on the ground floor. Open planned kitchen, diner and living room. The master bedroom is completed with an antique four-poster bed, along with one twin room and a shared bathroom. The cottage also has its own sunny south facing private garden and patio area complete with a BBQ.
The exposed Cotswold stone, vaulted and beamed ceiling, and stable doors give this property plenty of character.


Guest Access:

The whole property and garden is rented on an exclusive basis for you to enjoy. Please note, the garden is not dog secure and all pets must be kept on leads when outside.

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. Contactless check-in and check-out via key safes.


Additional Information:

If you are bringing dogs, please add them to your booking (there is a £65 fee to cover the additional cleaning required).

On booking this property, you can also enjoy access to both the tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool facilities at Worton Park. Please note these are available on a seasonal basis (usually May-September); pool opening times also apply.
