Overall the rental was okay. Lots of space. 4 bedrooms plus an attached sitting room with a pull out sofa. The highlight is the outdoor patio where you can see the sea, the mountains as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We also enjoyed the underground parking. Some things are very tired looking. Stained threadbare sheets are not okay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by someone who did not seem happy to show us the apartment. We chose a rental based on English Language being listed, and this person did not speak much English. So our orientation was limited. No written instructions and no verbal instructions for things like what to do with trash, how to use the washer, stove, or hot tub. There was no functional lighting in the dinning room/ Sitting room other than 2 floor lamps we brought in from other rooms. We managed okay. But it did leave a bit of a negative feeling about apartment. I messaged the host the day before checking out to find out the check out instructions. Heard back right before leaving. The communication did happen but could it take days before hearing back. In summary this rental is spacious and the patio is a very nice space and there is 1 parking spot. It is close to the sea, Grocery stores and restaurants. If you are familiar with how things work in this area, all is good. If you are an international traveler delays in communication and a lack of information can cause some frustrations.
