Villa Amygdalia is a part of a complex of three villas located in the village of Kalamitsi just a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis. Indoor facilities
Villa Amygdalia with a 100 sqm living space, promises a comfortable stay with all the luxuries. Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan space that is consistent with a well-organized kitchen equipped with all the electrical appliances, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a flat-screen smart TV. In the same area, the windows provide an amazing view of Cretan nature. Natural materials meet modern design for a calming atmosphere and are comfortable with every space designed to embrace the exterior environment. The floor is completed with a communal bathroom and three airy bedrooms with two single beds for a comfortable stay and one of the bedrooms has its en-suite bathroom. In one of the rooms, there is also a printer for guests.

Outdoor facilities
Getting outside from an outdoor staircase, you will find an ideal place to take a bath in the swimming pool and relax in the sun loungers. The view from the balcony is the ideal spot for you and your loved ones to enjoy your breakfast. Prepare a meal in the communal traditionally stone-made BBQ and enjoy it in the dining area that is next to it under a wooden pergola. Thanks to its unique location, the villa offers wonderful views of 28 villages in the area of Apokoronas.

***From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
