Location was great and the beach view was wonderful! The place was good for what we needed. We struggled with the dishwasher a little as it was very loose and we had to run it a few times to get dishes clean. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on when we first arrived but after calling, they sent someone out quickly to fix it.

Location is perfect. Balcony/porch was the hang out spot all week. We had three couples- two young adults and 3 children under 5- so 11 total people and there was plenty of room. Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and even extras in one of the closets ( which we didn't find until day 2 - pack n play, bike helmets, extra beach towels and beach chairs. Absolutely would stay here again.

Beautiful View! Great Location! Clean!

We had a great time at this property! The view is stunning and it is close to Rosemary Beach. It is clean. I would recommend video taping and time stamping as you arrive and leave the property and the wristbands. There was a wristband missing when we arrived. Plus they said we didn’t leave all the wristbands on departure. It was resolved and we weren’t charged, but I had to appeal the cleaners accusation that we didn’t leave all the wrist bands. We indeed did leave them. I would not let this keep you from renting this property, but wanted to be sure you knew to take a pic when you arrive and after you leave!

Condo was on the beach with great views! Beds were very comfortable! Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. Area rugs were in very poor condition, and white furniture both inside and outside was dirty. We didn’t even want to sit on any of it. Overall, this condo needs some serious cleaning and updating. We even found shoes from a prior guest under a piece of furniture.

The condo is simply fabulous! Some of the furnishings could use refreshing, but that didn’t affect our vacation. I wish we would have had better TV selections, but again, our vacation was unaffected. We loved the Rosemary Beach area!!

The location is about as good as it gets. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping and just steps to the beach. Great location for families or large groups. Loved the surrounding area. Plenty to do within 5-10 minute walk.

It’s our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. We had a hiccup on the check in this time and luckily someone called us back immediately on the emergency line and was able to get us in. Overall great stay, great location, we will be back!

The unit itself is a perfect location. I really enjoy staying where this condo is located. However, it was not as clean as I was expecting. The pictures on line do represent the unit but not r s toy the feel of a “newly renovated” property (as it’s listed on line as). We have stayed in many units of this condo building hope the things that were not so nice about property get addressed for future guests.

Beachfront Bliss

Only stay here if you want a relaxing and blissful vacation with unrivaled views of the ocean! The only drawback is the difficulty you will face adjusting back to reality from your stay. Check in/out was a breeze - the management company makes it very easy. Everything was super clean and felt like a hotel upon check in. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful condo with excellent views!

Beautiful 2nd floor condo with excellent beach front views! Short walk to pool or beach. Condo contains everything for a nice stay. Very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, etc. (No spices so add that to the grocery order). Lanai is also comfortable with table and chairs and sofa. (Sofa needs a good cleaning due to mold). The “gifts” were a nice touch for 360Blue. Reserve your chairs and umbrellas with LaDolceVita when you reserve the co do and get travel insurance with another agency and not the agency offered by VRBO.

Ray We had six adults and 4 little children. This rental was decorated great. It’s right on the beach and the balcony view was beautiful. 360 Blue’s response to the minor issues we had was excellent. I would, of course, rent this unit again.

Great place. Only complaints were the beach was WAY more crowded than expected and way more crowded than any other area on 30A we've stayed. May choose different location without so many people dumping into one beach access. Also more seating or a table on the balcony would be nice for more than 2 people to enjoy it. Amazing condo and location

This condo was absolutely stunning, updated, and a perfect location. It had everything we needed and more. Not to mention the stunning views of the ocean and sunset everyday. Check in and check out were a breeze. We did have one issue that I contacted the company about but didn’t hear back. It resolved on its own but I do wish I was able to get in touch with someone quicker. Over all, though, I would book this vrbo again!

Love Rosemary Beach

We love Rosemary Beach, and this is the second time we've stayed in the same development, both times beachfront. Can't wait to do it again in the same place and always sad to leave. But the property has to provide more than just one key fob. The place advertises that it sleeps 10 (we had 8). If someone decides they want to go somewhere by car and the others decide they want to do the same or spend time at the pool, the key fob is the only way to get into the development and in AND out of the gated pool area (yes, you need a fob to get OUT of the pool...you're locked in). Eight or ten people and one fob? I don't think providing a second one is an unreasonable ask. The only other hiccup was that there was no key pass or fob or anything else for that matter at the lockbox at the gate as was described in the arrival instructions, though there were for other guests. But the place was great otherwise, the area is beautiful, and we'll be back for a fourth consecutive time next year.

Beautiful condo, very clean, spacious and great for our family of 3 couples, a toddler, and a baby in the group. Loved the easy walk to beach and pool. 360 Blue was great to help with any issues very quickly. Loved having the bikes available as well. The owner should forgo renting the beach chairs unless they are renting from the approved HOA company as the one she rented from was so far down the beach it was not worth the trek down the beach even when the little ones were not with us. The first day we had to call several times before the guy arrived with the chairs at almost 11:00 am. So we just paid the price and rented from Sea Oats and had a wonderful experience on the beach. The company the owner rented from assured us they would place the chairs in front of the vacant lot close to condo but it was always way down the beach in front of another vacant lot. There was only one parking pass, need to let renters know ahead of time there is only 2 parking spaces and suggest alternative spots for additio
