The Zornica complex consists of newly built buildings. Their construction around the older part ended in 2010. The whole complex includes new apartments, shops and offices. Buildings Zornica 1 and Zornica 2 are located at the central avenue of Sunny Beach leading to the sea and the beach. The complex has a hair salon, fitness salon, swimming pool, restaurant, massage salon, bar, coffee shop. There is a paid car park opposite the complex.

Apartment No. 38 is a comfortable flat for 6 people.
