Stylishly renovated and well presented apartment, located in a prime city centre location just off the vibrant Leith Walk.

Our apartment is situated in a traditional Edinburgh Georgian building in a quiet residential area - but is only seconds from the vibrant Leith Walk and it's city centre amenities.

Located only a short walk from Waverley Train Station and the City Centre sights including The Castle, Royal Mile and Festival Venues. Well served by public transport to and from the Airport.

-Please read the apartment manual on arrival at the property.

- Please respect our neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. Please be quiet when entering and exiting the building. It is a quiet neighbourhood - strictly no parties. Our neighbours will make us aware of any parties and the police will be called and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

- We don't offer a maid service. It is a self catering apartment - if you make use of the kitchen please wash your dishes or load and turn on the dishwasher. Please also throw away any rubbish and don't leave it scattered over the apartment.

- No shoes indoors - in particular high-heels due to wooden floors.

- Towels provided must not be used for removal of makeup etc.

- No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.

- Do not engage in illegal activities.

- No commercial activities are allowed without prior approval - i.e. filming.

- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense burners permitted. You must leave the premises to smoke - including our garden. Please don't dispose of butts on the ground.

- Garbage should be removed regularly to prevent smell and so as not to attract pests.

- If you damage something you should inform us so we can come to a fair agreement. If we have to request money for damage through Airbnb we will request the full replacement cost.


-If breaking any of house rules means that we have to refund or cancel future guest you will be liable.
