Host was very welcoming and responsive. He also reached out to the security guard to help us get into the condo on the day of our arrival. Condo is very nice and is located close to the beach and Isabela city square. We would highly recommend this condo and would be happy to stay here again.

The place is basic and could use a fresh coat of paint, fans and dressers. My sister stayed in same building on the 5th floor and it looks like the owners would stay there themselves where our place looked liked it was there just to make money. I was happy that you responded promptly and had someone come out to fix the problem.

Great spot right on the ocean!

Location is great! Very nice protected swimming hole to the east and nice sandy beach with waves to the west. Plus many more nice beaches within close driving distance. I wish we had at least one more day there.

This Condo had an incredible view. In the master bedroom, you can hear waves crashing all night. Very clean and everything worked properly. Residents are extremely nice. Pool was wonderful. I was also impressed with security. They have workers walking around checking 25/7. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay! Apartment was very conveniently located near a beach with local bars and restaurants. We traveled to some of the nearby beaches but ended up preferring the proximity and less busy beach nearby. All of our questions were quickly answered and everyone was very helpful. My rating is probably 4.5, but that's not an option.It was a great location and the host was very responsive. The view is beautiful and we felt safe at all times. There are a few beaches nearby: Villa Pesquera is walking distance and very calm; Jobos: 10 minute drive and beautiful, with lots of places to eat–parking is tough, though; Crash Boat in Isabela is about 20-30 minutes away and a must-visit!The rooms are spacious and comfortable, as are the kitchen and living spaces. There's a supermarket in town that's reasonably priced. The house is minutes from La Plaza (town square/center of town) which is very cute and has many places to eat/things to do at night. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was excellent. You can't beat the view from the lanai. The place was clean and very comfortable. It had all we needed for a comfortable vacation. The grounds were clean and neatly kept. My grandkids enjoyed the pool area. The gate guards were always helpful and friendly. Just follow the rules!!! The location is close to town (Isabela) and a good way point to visit other towns in the northwest side of Puerto Rico. Supermarkets are close and good restaurants are available along the shore. Excellent experience had by all!

We spent a couple of weeks in Isabela to scout out that area and surrounding towns for future consideration of relocation and retirement. The condo being beachfront was absolutely outstanding. It was represented as pictured. We really enjoy sitting on the balcony after a day away and enjoying conversations, looking at the ocean and enjoying an evening beverage. The condo provided a very "at home atmosphere ". We were pleasantly pleased with all the amenties like: ease and distances to areas, availability of shopping and nescessities, the community acceptance and culture, and of course the multiple beaches and so much more. Oceanfront Oasis

LOVED our stay in Isabela at Isabela Beach Court Condos. The apartment was spacious & clean with a GORGEOUS view of the ocean. The neighborhood was a peaceful beach town with lots of kiosks & oceanfront restaurants. It is a really nice change of pace from San Juan where we normally stay but you need to rent a car for sure. Well worth it though if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat. The host Arnaldo was very responsive & the rental process was super easy. Highly recommend!

Great place perfect for family. You won’t be disappointed. One suggestion I have is that if any repair people come to the house don’t take your eyes off them and put your stuff away we had a camera stolen by one of the repair guys that came to the house to fix the AC. this doesn’t have anything to do with the place tho this was our mistake. The repair guys are a separate thing. Besides that this place is perfect for family and children. Literally seconds away from the beach with a beautiful beach front balcony views
