The most sincere confirmation of the desirability of the cottage for us is the reality that we have returned multiple times to this wonderful location. We have provided reviews for past stays and continue to find both the cottage and the property management team worthy of review and comment.The cottage is small but perfect for a family of two adults and two canine companions. It is clean, well maintained, with all the amenities we expect to find. The Oceanside yard is fenced, the spacious deck is sheltered, the deck furniture is comfortable, the ocean photography opportunities are wonderful. In short, for Colorado mountain people, this cottage is a very good fit for our annual ocean vacation.Otters and dolphins are regularly observed feeding and frolicking in the water. For bird lovers, squadrons of pelicans fly overhead daily. Great white egrets are daily visitors to the exposed rocks and tide pools at low tide. Blue herons are often observed as well.Hiking along the ocean in Fiscalini Ranch, just 1/2 mile away, is a daily pastime for us. Moonstone Beach is a short walk to the north. The outdoor environment and low population density continue to be a big draw to Cambria for us.Lastly, we find the staff at Breen to be great to work with. They are friendly, responsive, helpful, and organized. We highly recommend the team. We’re staying for both April and May this year and already have May 2026 booked.This is our home away from home.
