Dies ist ein sehr geräumiges Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 1/2 Bädern, das Platz zum Ausbreiten und Entspannen bietet. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und einen übergroßen Kleiderschrank mit einem eigenen Bad. Es gibt einen Balkon, der sich vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus mit Blick auf das Wasser öffnet. Das 2. große Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten übergroßen Kleiderschrank mit einem Gästebad. Dieses Zimmer ist komfortabel und geräumig genug, damit die Kinder es teilen können. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großer Wohnbereich mit einem Flachbild-TV mit Queensize-Schlafsofa und einem großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen, um eine vollständige Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Eine große Frühstücksbar und ein Essbereich bieten Platz für 6 bis 8 Personen. Volle Waschmaschine / Trockner im Gerät. Very clean and great location

We LOVED our stay at this townhouse! Very spacious for 5 people, comfortable beds and super clean. The location is great- Walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be coming back again!

Ok stay but......

We stayed 4 days 3 nights. During our stay the AC was not working properly. The temperature in the condo never went below 78°f. It was extremely muggy and hot during our entire stay. I emailed the property manager (beach bums) but they never responded. The condo really needs to be updated especially the AC unit. If the AC was working properly the stay would have been fine. The beach is literally 50 yards away.

Thank you for your review. I have gone back and checked your reservation and our email and we are not in receipt of your email. We are very attentive and never want our guests to be uncomfortable. We post our office number and emergency number in all units, as well as in any communication with our guests. A phone call to us and we would have had someone over to the unit that day. I’m so sorry you didn’t have air and were uncomfortable. We do trust that you had a good time and made many memories. This host canceled our stay less than 24 hours before we were set to arrive. They told us the air conditioning unit was out and could not be repaired in time for our stay. VRBO was supposed to find us other accommodations. They did not, even after calling them several times. Upon arrival at Miramar Beach, we drove by the property several times. We stayed across the street and there was someone staying in this home the whole time. home theinde the entire time we were there

Good family vacation spot

The home was clean and looked as pictured in listing. Let me start by saying I stay here again. Right across the street from the beach and a short drive to all local restaurants. First thing that could be better is the master bed. But this is more a preference. The mattress and pillows were both very firm, but after a day at the beach you fall asleep no matter what. The only other thing was that since it’s a 3 story place the middle(living area) cooled quickly. But tue up stairs with the bedrooms struggled a bit to cool off. But once it got to a comfortable temp we didn’t have any issues the rest of the stay. So bring your favorite pillow and cool off the place when you first arrive and you will have a great time. Our family loved it. Oh and the pool was great too.

Great place to stay.

Easy access to the beach. The carport keeps your car shaded & out of the weather. The kitchen, washer & dryer, & 2 1/2 baths made staying there very convenient for our family of four. The hose at the front door was great for washing of feet & beach toys.

Beautiful Beach

Great location right across the street from the beautiful Miramar Beach. Townhouse was just as described, clean with plenty of room. Only down side was the noise from the street and other vacationers.

Great Area, Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay but did have lots of rain which ruined most of our trip. The trip insurance does not cover a whole lot except for evacuation, in cases of BAD WEATHER. my suggestion for these owners, get rid of any junk appliances, I used an iron and it ruined my brand new shirt. I reported this but no refund was offered. To me, it would have been worth issuing a refund to ensure a complete 5 star rating!

As for the iron, we tried to get you to send us pictures of the purchase receipt for your shirt and of the damage to your shirt. We haven't received either. What we did receive was a picture of the iron and of the corner of the shirt with a price tag still attached to it. We never want our guests to be dissatisfied and would like to work with you the proper documentation. We do hope you will come back and stay with us again. Have a blessed weekend.

Overall all, it was great for my family!

This was our first family vacation, and overall this property was perfect for us. It is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The property was well equipped with dishes, however, we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. The second bedroom upstairs had no lighting (both lamps didn't work), so we had to move a lamp from a different room into the bedroom. There were a few inconveniences, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely look into staying here again next year!

Such a comfortable stay

We loved staying in this townhouse for our vacation this July, 2017. Its very cozy, spacious and everything you would need in the kitchen. It is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Miramar beach. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation comfort. Thank you.
