Mit dem Strand nur 100 Schritte entfernt, kann Ihre Familie hin und her gehen in Sekunden, haben eine Tasse Kaffee am Strand, kommen wieder nehmen eine Außendusche, Mittagessen und dann nehmen Sie den Kühler und beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang. Freuen Sie sich auf Designer-Geräte und ein echtes Strandhaus aus dem Jahr 1925. Kinder lieben es, neue Freunde im Erholungsgebiet für alle Clearwater Cottages in einem tropischen Hinterhof im westlichen Stil mit Holz-Partydeck, Blechdachpavillon, Whirlpool, Schattenbäumen und BBQ-Grills zu finden. Gastbericht ist wie Camping am Strand.

Location Location Location - 100 steps to the beach is correct. Unbelievable sunsets. Close enough to walk to the pier, shopping, and restaurants but also far enough from all the people with minimal foot traffic outside the cottage. A bit smaller than anticipated but all the amenities work. Super responsive Hosts

Love this place!

Great location and vibe. Owner Captain Al and housekeeper Nancy were both awesome hosts! They were around when you needed them, but never intrusive. We can't wait to go back!

Great cottage near the beach

We stayed in the pink gulfside cottage and it worked great for us. It’s close proximity to the beach was very convenient and the owner and housekeeper were great.

Pink Gulfside cottage.

Excellent location. Easy walk to all the activities we were looking for. The cottage was a little dark with the shades and the bathroom shows its age, but rest of the cottage was perfect.

Fantastic location!!!!

Location was everything!! Steps from the beach. Cottage was away from all the busyness yet within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Capt Al and Ginger were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Great little beach cottage

The location is perfect for whatever you want to do. It's close to the beach, restaurants and shops but it's a couple streets north of the hustle and bustle so the street is quiet. Capt. Al responds by text quickly and will do whatever he can up make your trip work for you.

Perfect beach bungalow

We tend to visit clearwater about 6 times a year and after staying here this time i am so upset i never found it before! The owners and employees were so welcoming and friendly but werent pushy like anywhere else you stay! Also, the amount of items necessary for a day at the beach was an extra bonus i didnt know we needed. Absolutely recommend 100% and will be staying here again!!

Beautiful

We loved staying here. It is just steps from the beach. It was so quiet, we never heard our neighbors. Very easy to get around. I definitely recommend staying here! Capt. Al was great to work with and only a call away if we needed him.

The right way to enjoy Clearwater Beach

Fantastic cozy cottage!

This property was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Super close to everything. We walked everywhere. The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. We could not have had a better location! If you want a relaxed environment with everything you need (beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, tents, towels, etc) then this is your place.

Dear Kathy the cottage is indeed dated built in 1925 and recent remodeled but not to today's decorating standards but has that old charm like a beach cottage should sorry you didn't mention the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops big stainless steel stove and refrigerator quality bedding and so on. Our guest rent these cottages to be 100 steps from the beach sleep up to seven people have a beautiful old key West style backyard big hot tub Weber barbecue and great customer service We are happy that you did find the cottage very clean and your whole big family enjoyed staying with us for almost a week Captain AL

Amazing cottage for an amazing price

This is a great cottage for familes that can get along in tight quarters. We stayed in the Gulfside cottage and had 4 adults and a toddler. We were able to make it work, but you have to be okay with little privacy. Beach was beautiful and never too crowded. Main strip of restaurants, bars, and shops are less than a 10 min walk away. The staff made us feel welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed.
