Property was nicely equipped and had everything we needed. Some things were old like the kitchen, bathroom (toilet stuck and would run continuously, switches were missing, some water stains on the celling. Overall great location, easy access and parking but unit is older and more wore than listing presented.

Easy check in and out, owners were very detailed in communication, great location near sand key and Clearwater beaches plus restaurants and bars. The added bonus of a parking spot was a nice addition compared to the surrounding hotels with 40-50 per day parking rates. A couple nice beach chairs, boogie boards and pool toys for kids are another bonus! Small studio style one room condo setup with small kitchenette but functional for two people not planning to cook at the condo and using as a crash pad.

Clearwater 2025

We spent minimal time at the condo because we were there to enjoy time out & about in the area. The condo itself was very disappointing, honestly. After reading all the wonderful reviews I was sure we were walking into an immaculate, awesome property. Not so! I do realize it's an older property and in need of some updating which is understandable. I also understand that the spot on the ceiling is where there had been a leak, and the dishwasher not working was also understandable. These things happen. The lack of cleanliness and obvious long-term negligence of some areas was not acceptable. For instance, the mattress on the platform bed had obviously not been cleaned around in quite some time. There was what appeared to be popcorn and dirt, hair, etc, and too much of it for it to be recent. The frame of the bed was actually dirty and had not been washed off. The mildew around the tub was pretty bad. (The tub drain is also very slow, so if you're in the shower longer than a minute you're standing in water.) It could very easily be a nice little place if it were cleaner. The balcony area was nicely furnished with chairs and a table. The entry door does have a problem closing properly, but once you know you know. (please enlarge the photos so that you can see what I'm talking about)

It is off the strip so there were loud cars that would drive by and it woke us up each night. Pillows were way too soft. Blankets are more like thick sheets. Host could stand to invest in some heavier blankets for people who need more warmth. Thee was only one wash cloth available and no toiletries for our family of three. Contacted host and they said that the cleaning crew must have missed that part. Host was very communicative and went above and beyond to assist us with a matter after our stay. I wouldn't stay here again because it was too small for our family of three and I need to make sure there are proper bathing necessities. But I'm sure other people will find it suitable.

September vacation

Everything was perfect until we had to evacuate due to a hurricane. The host contacted us immediately and we were very pleased. Hope to go back again, just not in hurricane season. We had insurance and are having trouble getting a refund for our unused nights. Any help would be appreciated.

Perfect for our need

Condo was well equipped and met our needs. Owners are great communicators. We were thankful they let us bring our fur babies. To no fault of owners, we did not get much sleep due to noises around there. Everyday it was a different noise waking us up. Yard ppl at 630 am, deliveries w the backing up snd dumping. Perfect place and location

Loved the place 
.Very pleased with the stay, owners communicated from beginning to end. Very close to restaurants and shops. Room was exactly as stated , wish TV was a little bigger but it worked well. Nice area! Only issue we had was The elevator didn’t want to go down on certain days. But other days it worked fine . Will recommend and probably return again !

We didn’t become fans of Clearwater Beach, however these accommodations were lovely. Only complaint about it would be the bed and pillows. Bed was extremely hard to get in and out of and very very soft. pillows were nearly non-existent due to being so flat. Caused miserable back and neck issues. I’d say update that and you’ll have yourself a 5 star place! A little noisy late night from folks arriving back from their day. Nothing horrible. Extremely clean and had everything needed! Elevator worked when it wanted to. Thankfully it worked when we hauled our stuff to the 4th floor from our car. Took the 4 flights of stairs often when it didn’t want to function.
