We had a great stay at the condo. There were a few things that needed attention. We sat down to watch tv and it was smudged with tiny fingerprints that were very sticky, maybe jelly. Took a little bit of cleaning to get it off. Also, noticed the windows had the same finger prints. The next thing that bothered us was that the dishes were not clean. They had dried food on them. We took all the dishes out and ran them in the dishwasher and that’s when I discovered that the pod was still in the dispenser. The management wants you to run the dishes and put them away before you leave. I can see how this could happen when left up to the renters. I think paying attention to details like dusting and maybe updating some furniture as they are pretty beat up will make the stay better. Overall, this condo has beautiful views and we slept great!

Oceans One Resort

The condo was beautifully decorated. It met all of our needs. I especially liked having a washer and dryer to wash the childrens clothes. The views from all rooms were stunning. The checkout process was a little much, but overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great view awesome location

I went w/ my husband and 2 teen boys and we had an amazing time. Loved being able to walk to the pier we found tons of shark teeth. Great restaurants around our favorites were LuLus and The Hangout. The beds were nice and comfortable and was a very clean.

Our family vacation was absolutely wonderful!! The condo was exactly as advertised. Julie contacted us on the day of arrival to make we had a smooth check in and to see if we needed anything. The location was perfect!! Our family could walk to most attractions like restaurants, shopping, and the amusement park. The only thing I would recommend at the resort would be an additional shower for guests to rinse off the sand from the beach. There was always a rather long line of people waiting to rinse off. Other than that we can honestly give 5 stars, we would definitely go back and recommend to others for their family vacation.

The actual condo is beautiful and the views are stunning. The beach is nice and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach. This condo is 2 blocks south of the promenade board walk with restaurants and entertainment.The neighborhood is busy and loud, especially the days we were there. Be aware, there are 2 bike weeks in May, unfortunately we were there at that time. It was so incredibly loud all day and night. If you aren’t a biker, I would avoid this area at all costs in May.

Ocean's One Corner Unit Rental - loved it!

Great Beach Condo

The condo was clean and very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. We had a small issue and the owner took care of it promptly and professionally. The balcony view was beautiful. The condo was great for us and our two college aged kids. Walkable to good restaurants and things to do!

This was a really great property located on the beach. We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool. It is conveniently located to everything (Broadway, Grand Coastal Mall, Tanger, Walmart, etc). The 2 bedroom unit was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The unit was clean. The only minor feedback is to add a blanket on each bed that is in the 2nd bedroom. It gets really cold in that room at night even with the thermostat on 72. The living room TV remote needs new batteries.

I would rate this condo as fair. The view and balcony were stunning and the best aspect of this property. The pictures online definitely don't show the wear and tear of the condo as well as the pool area. Also the place was dirty hair and sand all over the floor when we got there. The two hot tubs out front were freezing and the only warm hot tub was barely filled with water. For the price we were expecting more. Also would not stay in this area again as we were concerned for are safety especially in the evening with excessive amount of police presence for unruly tourists. One last suggestion would be to provide beach towels for guests especially who are flying to get there. You could always charge the guest for not returning them. Next time I would stay in North Myrtle Beach area if we decide to come back.

Regarding the hot water, we understand how frustrating that can be. The building’s hot water system can take 15–20 minutes to fully cycle through, particularly during high-demand periods. As for the condition of the pool area and hot tubs, as well as the overall atmosphere in the surrounding area, these are unfortunately outside our direct control, but we absolutely understand your concerns. We’ll be forwarding your feedback to the resort’s management and HOA so they are aware of these issues and can work toward possible improvements. We also appreciate your suggestion about providing beach towels — that’s a great idea, especially for guests who are flying in. We’re actively looking into adding this amenity with a simple return policy. Thank you again for your feedback. Great location and view

The property was exactly what we were looking for and was perfectly situated near everything we wanted to do. My only complaint would be the music that was really loud over the whole complex until we’ll after two in the morning. I actually think it came from the high rise right next to this one and may have just been because it was the day before the Fourth of July festivities, but it was deafening and could be heard for several blocks. Other than that, everything was great!

DIRTY CONDO

The condo was dirty. The windows were filthy. The curtains had dirt and mold on the bottom of them. The floors were dirty. The fridge needed to be cleaned before putting our food on there. The second bedroom light was burnt out. We reached out to have this fixed and nothing was done about this. The host reached out Sunday afternoon. And we were checking out Monday morning! The TV in the living room could not be used because it was basically sitting on the ground. Elevators were filthy. Overall, this place was not worth the money. I would not at this place again. I added a few pictures but they don’t show even close to what it was like.

Hey there We notified you there should be light bulbs above the microwave 15 minutes after you complained about the light. We also asked for pictures if the cleaning issues immediatly after you complained. We offerred to send the cleaners back as well. I looked through all the correspondence and the only picture i saw was actually your picture you sent to us and you look extremely miserable. Most guests love this condo and it gets high ratings. You should really learn to tell the truth and be more positive in life. Cheers.

The condo was not clean. There was hair, sand, and dirt everywhere. All our white socks were gray after wearing them in the condo. The furniture desperately needs updated. Looks like an old school bachelor pad with torn up furniture. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart. None of the bedroom doors shut properly. The vent in the hall bath was incredibly loud and dripped water on you while standing at the sink. It had mold all around it. There were only 3 chairs at the table. The shower at the pool was broken. Only 1 elevator worked. Good location, but definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Worth the money

My family and I have always used traditional hotels and this was our first time booking through VRBO. The process and communication with Julie at Big Fish Rentals was so easy and responses were pretty instant. This was our first time in Myrtle Beach so we weren't sure about the exact location. The property is a short distance away from the boardwalk and restaurants. Parking was right across the street and safe. We parked our rented Suburban and had no issues. The rental was amazing! Honestly the pictures don't do it any justice. Super clean with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The one thing I would say is that if you have a fear of heights this place isn't too bad after the first night lol. Everyone loved the views as you could see the beach, and the amusement park next door. The two rooms are separated by a good distance. My wife and I traveled with 2 tweens and we were separated enough that we didn't hear them laughing it up all night. We ran into a few other guests who were all nice and we had quick chats here and there. We only ran into one small group of kids who were loud for about an hour. We were there during April so the pools and beaches were pretty much empty. My family and I would definitely stay again!

Pool area

The pool area wasn't locked so people walking around could get into the pool that weren't staying at the condo. Also hot tub was never filled to 3ft. It was below jet lines, Same as lazy river, never filled properly. They did not have a working outside shower to remove sand from swimming at the beach. Julie however was fantastic!

In addition, you'll find Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium just a short drive away. Numerous popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping destinations are also easily accessible within a short drive.
