Pebbles ist eine wundervolle Studio-Lodge am breiten Strand von Sandgate. Diese wunderschöne Lodge wurde auf nur 20 Quadratmetern angelegt und bietet alles, was Sie für eine Pause am Meer benötigen, mit atemberaubendem Blick über Frankreich.

Die große Terrasse hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne und es gibt eine schöne doppelte Sonnenliege mit Strandtüchern, die zwischen dem Sonnenbaden ein Bad im Meer bietet.

Ein paar Schritte entfernt befindet sich das Quarterdeck - ein überdachter Bereich mit Gasgrill und Terrassenheizung, in dem Sie das ganze Jahr über speisen können und einen atemberaubenden Meerblick genießen können.

In der Lodge befinden sich ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Duschbad sowie ein perfekt gestalteter Küchenbereich zum Frühstück und zur Zubereitung leichter Mahlzeiten mit einer Frühstücksbar und Hockern.

Sandgate hat viele Cafés, Restaurants und Pubs und es gibt schöne Strandspaziergänge nach Hythe und Folkestone mit vielen weiteren Restaurants.

The place was as described great views comfy bed really quiet slept so well loved the outside space was nice to have breakfast looking out to sea then whenever we go back would sit outside til late buses are frequent so ideally placed for a relaxing week with great places to eat, the host was friendly and responded instantly when had question will be back and recommend

Pebbles

The hosts have created a charming little bolt hole at Pebbles. It was perfect for a romantic getaway, with plenty to do in both Sandgate and Folkestone. We loved it, and hope to be back one day!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay at Pebbles for 6 nights. The host Joanna was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The views from the room were spectacular and the amenities and environment were fab. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, I definitely recommend Pebbles.

Lovely Easter weekend

My boyfriend and I spent a really lovely Easter weekend at Pebbles. It was clean, comfy and being right by the sea was such a treat. Had everything we needed for a few nights, and easy walking distance to pubs and shops. Thanks Joanna for the warm welcome :)

Relax by the sea

Lovely home by the sea, perfect for walking out onto the beach with a cup of tea in the morning or straight onto the coastal path. Seating area outside would be lovely in the summer

Fabulous stay

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Pebbles. The host Joanna was very welcoming and provided some useful information on eating out and the area. The property was spotlessly clean and in a superb location. Great sea views and we didn't need to use our car during our 4 night stay as all we needed was within walking distance or via the regular local bus service. Thoroughly recommended. Mike and Louise

Perfect location !

Brilliant little cabin with incredible views. Peaceful place & close to Sandgate cafes and Folkestone street food on the Harbour Arm. Great location to explore coast - Samphire Hoe and Dungeness, and pretty pastel houses in Deal. Cycle hire nearby and everywhere is flat paths and accessible along the coast path. Joanna was lovely and the perfect host. We’d love to visit again!

My Happy Place!!!

I love this place. This was my second visit and as before it did not disappoint. Everything I needed. Clean. Host is super! Sitting in the swing chair every morning with my Tea was one of my favourite things to do. Excellent location right on the beach. I cannot fault this place!

Weekend by the Coast

What a great find, perfect location by the seaside and easy to walk to local pubs 5 minutes away and then half hour into Folkestone Harbour Arm for food and entertainment. Joanna was a great host and arrival information was perfect, loved hearing a little of the cabins history. We were blessed with he weather so enjoyed many elements of the stay including eating al fresco and a relaxing glass of wine in the swinging seat !! Everything was as described and nice comfy bed made sleeping bliss.

Amazing views!

Pebbles was the perfect getaway, being able to wake-up, sit up in bed and see the sea and hear the waves was fantastic. We were blessed with warm weather so were able to have a BBQ on the patio whilst admiring the views. We had several walks along the beachfront. Folkstone was just a short walk away. Pebbles is so pretty and had everything we required including binoculars to see the ships in the sea - there is a website where you can see the names and destinations of the ships going past which was interesting. The car remained parked up from arrival until we left, this getaway was to recharge our batteries from work and it certainly did that. We had such a relaxing few days away, We plan to return!

Beachside bliss

Pebbles is the perfect bolt-hole for those wanting autonomy and flexibility by the sea. The terrace and eating area are what makes the place extra special. It reminded me of times spent in Italy, walking around on warm floor slabs and such close access to the beach. The small but perfectly laid out interior has everything you need. Hearing the sea is soothing and the ever changing sea-scape and sky-scapes are mesmerising. From glancing at France, to the towers at Dungeness , the passing ships at dusk and the crunching of passers-by on the beach pebbles. Loved it all. Working from Pebbles was a bit difficult as I couldn't get good internet connection, but then a break was probably what I needed and any emails I needed to catch up on I managed out and about on my adventures. The provision of beach towels and a carry bag was a helpful touch from the lovely owners who have made Pebbles the wonderful place it is.

Just perfect in every single way. Utterly amazing location and view. Perfect cozy cabin with everything you need. Patio and covered outside space with BBQ which makes the whole place feel much bigger. Hosts lovely.

I'd rather be at Pebbles!

We visited on a chilly February weekend & absolutely loved it. Pebbles is right on the beach, so when the weather is poor you can lay in bed all cosy & warm watching the rain pelting against the window & listening to the waves crashing against the pebble beach. And when the sun shines the view is beautiful and the room lights up. With regards to facilities, the room has all you need for a weekend break with a basic kitchen. There is also a large outside area, which in the summer would be perfect for sunbathing with a book, and considerably more comfortable than the pebble beach. Location-wise, it is perfect for a short walk into Sandgate where there are some great places to eat & drink (particularly The Providence Inne, where Daryl will sort out some cracking seafood for you). And slightly further afield Folkstone offers everything you could want, still close enough to walk to. Joanna was a lovely host, and I am sure we will be returning again for a relaxing break away from London sometime soon. Cheers, Ryan & Becky
