Dirty with cockroach and no wifi
This was a super disappointing stay. We were excited because the location is awesome, in the city center. Parking is an issue here though. The recommended parking garage is far away and expensive. We ended up parking for free by Isla de la Cartuja and taking a rideshare back. Our first impression was the place was not clean. The floor felt dirty, and there was dirt by the bathroom sink and toilet when I sanitized the area myself. The real issue came when there was no wifi at all for the 2 days we stayed there. They called out a technician who didn't fix it although he claims he did. There was no offer of any solution or compensation for this huge inconvenience. In addition, we found a giant cockroach over an inch long in our kitchen sink. There was no apology for that either. And after you book, it is very confusing because there are 4 different levels of companies you have to deal with. If you book through VRBO, you have VRBO but you also have Travelstaytion which is a company in the UK. They charged my stay but told me I have to deal with Yupihome which is the local company. Then there's the actual building manager. So when there is an issue, who do you have to notify? Then one says to talk to the other who says to talk to the other. Anyways, there is no dishwasher, freezer or washer. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the building manager allowed us to keep our luggage in the room until the evening of the day of check out.
