Great property except for garbage pickup early in the am which is not owner’s fault! Apartment is clean and has all needed amenities. Owner greeted us at arrival, was courteous and helpful with all questions. A great experience.

Good place

We were very happy with the apartment and the locaction to all the sites. Lots within walking distance and others a short bus ride or taxi service. We definitely would recomend this apartment for a couple or four people to stay. Restaurants and grocery stores and other markets just a short walk away we were very happy especially this being the Jubilee year.

An absolute delight

We loved our stay in Rome (2 months) and what made it better was this lovely apartment, it's location (the best) and our beautiful host Anna. She is an absolute delight to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. We could not have been happier. Thank you for making our stay really wonderful.

This apartment is centrally located and you can walk to almost all major tourist attractions in less than 30 minutes. Because of its central location there is some traffic noise but you have that anywhere in the city. A little supermarket and a few restaurants are just feet from the front door. The area feels very safe. This completely renovated apartment is clean and modern but retains old world charm with its original high wood beam ceilings. The apartment has excellent air conditioners that take only a few minutes to cool the apartment even in the hottest days of July. The bedroom is large and has plenty of closet space. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washer dryer combination. Communication with Anna and Georgia was easy and they followed up during the week to make sure everything was good. They even arranged for our taxi to the airport on the day we left.

The apartment has a great location with plenty of restaurants, shops and important cultural sites all within easy walking distance. Giorgia was very helpful during check-in and checkout, and had excellent insights into the neighbourhood and the apartment. The apartment photos are a bit misleading, the kitchen was inadequate, and the ambient noise day and night is intense, but it did provide a great base for that area of Rome. One thing to note, there are no hooks or hanging options for coats, towels, clothes or bags. The single wardrobe in the bedroom was not much help.

Rome Apartment

Very roomy apartment. It was convenient having the Carrefour market just around the corner. It was also convenient to get to Piazza Navona; however, it was more than a few steps away - probably 4 or 5 city blocks away. A good value for central Rome. The owner also arranged to pick us up at Termini Station and to deliver us to the airport on our departure date.

Lovely, spacious apartment in great neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!! Anna’s apartment was in a convenient and safe location. Just 10 minutes walk from the Spanish Steps and also from Parthenon. It was super clean and spacious. Air conditioning units were in the living room and bedroom and they worked very well. A small elevator made getting our bags to our room much easier. Also, a small grocery store was less than a block away which allowed us to eat several meals in our apartment. Anna even arranged arranged our airport pickup!!!

I stayed over a month in this generously sized apartment and would choose it again! It is a seven minute walk straight up the Via Condotti to the Spanish Steps, two blocks from the river and near many busses. A terrific location and a real neighborhood. The beds were new, air conditioner terrific and the host was immensely gracious. She texted me weekly to see how I was enjoying my stay and offered suggestions. Helpful, and never intrusive. I never felt uncomfortable contacting her.I slept with a white noise app but the apartment building is adjacent to a lively restaurant and you can hear it at night. The host told me she plans to install double-pane windows. That should be a big help.
