Wenn Sie die kretische Gastfreundschaft in einer ruhigen Familienvilla probieren möchten, die sich direkt am Meer und den Wohnbereichen befindet und gleichzeitig von allem isoliert ist, ist unsere Villa genau das, wonach Sie suchen!

Die Villa wurde im Jahr 2014 mit hochwertigen Einrichtungen renoviert und ist ideal für Familien oder Gruppen!

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie einen großen offenen Wohnbereich mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Kamin, große bequeme Sofas und Sat-TV. In der Nähe des Wohnzimmers gibt es auch einen Esstisch für mehr als 10 Personen. Auf derselben Etage finden Sie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Doppelbett und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten.

Vom Wohnbereich aus haben Sie Zugang zu einer großen überdachten Veranda mit einem Tisch und bieten die perfekte Umgebung für ein Essen unter freiem Himmel!

Im ersten Stock gibt es über eine breite Holztreppe vier weitere Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und es gibt auch ein Hauptbadezimmer mit Whirlpool.
Alle Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zum Balkon oder nach draußen und der dynamische Meerblick vom Balkon im ersten Stock ist wirklich atemberaubend. Es gibt mehrere Sitzbereiche im Innen- und Außenbereich und Sie können immer einen Platz zum Entspannen finden!

Auf der Außenseite finden Sie unseren Blumen- und Gemüsegarten, den Sie für Ihre Mahlzeiten nutzen können! Wir haben auch einen voll ausgestatteten Grillplatz mit Waschbecken. Unser privater Pool befindet sich in einer gepflasterten Umgebung mit Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen. Außerdem haben wir einen Spielplatz für Kinder mit Spielsachen und einer Hängematte, um den Tag mit Spaß zu verbringen!

Amazing accommodation

The host was lovely and arranged our transfers and provided a cot and highchair. On arrival we found a bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine, olive oil & Raki. The Villa was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful outlook, close to shops and the beach, lovely pool although a little cold for the baby and no facility to have it heated.

Wonderful Stay

We had an incredible stay at Villa Aetos! The location was excellent. It's in the middle of fields with just a short walk to the main strip and beach. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you have a car, the villa is situated a nice distance from Chania, Rethymno (only about 15 minutes) and Iraklio. We had everything we needed at the Villa and people on hand to answer any questions. There were seven of us and we had ample space. I highly recommend this villa!

Gorgeous property, great location and perfect hosts

The Villa is absolutely gorgeous with an authentic Greek feel. Everything was extremely clean and tidy on our arrival and there was absolutely everything we needed for our stay! The beds were also very big and comfy. The pool area is brilliant and the outdoor balcony with the table is amazing to have food/drinks and watch the sunset. Now John the host was absolutely fantastic - nothing was too much to ask of him, he allowed us to drop our bags off early and answered all of our queries and questions throughout the stay. Overall a brilliant week with 8 family members, we will be back! Thank you John!

A wonderful family holiday in wonderful Crete!

We were a family group of 9 adults and 4 children. We absolutely loved our time at Villa Aetos, and we’re very comfortable during our stay. The pool was great, and we really enjoyed being in a more rural setting. The children loved feeding the chickens and checking for eggs daily. There was a great Taverna in walking distance, and we also spent lots of time in Rethymno which we travelled to and from via taxi. The staff else Etouri were super helpful with organising taxis and advising on where to go supermarket shopping.

Amazing Villa

11 of us stayed here in May 2023, upon arrival the private transfer driver got a bit lost taking us here, I also panicked on arrival as it looked like we was in the middle of nowhere! But thats where you get the amazing views from! Once you take a short 5-10 minute walk, you are in the high street of many different shops & restaurants. The villa was near to local amenities. Bus stop is nearby & easy to get to Rethymno old town which is definitely worth a visit, we went atleast 3 times in our 1 week stay! The villa was lovely & clean & spacious. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Lovely villa, with fantastic sun sets

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aetos. A very warm welcome from John on arrival. The gifts of homemade honey, hand picked tea and fruits from the garden were a lovely touch. The villa was very clean and spacious. The owners live just down the end of the drive, absolutely lovely people. Left us to our own devices but were there if we needed anything, even left us fresh eggs on a morning. The terrace with a gate was perfect for little ones, safe and secure away from the pool. The pool area was amazing with the sofa area offering comfort and shade. Just a fifteen minute walk to Poppy’s and you can be sure of a wonderful meal, with lovely view of the sunset. There is a little play area outside to keep the little ones occupied before diner. Perfect. Roulis beach bar was a lovely spot also, friendly funny staff.

Amazing stay With amazing hosts

We stayed with the family (5 adults, 2 children) for one week and we had an amazing time! Before the arrival, the Agency contacted me several times to give me Information about the house, car rentals and activities. The Check in was super easy as Yannis, a super friendly guy was there to give us all instructions we needed. The House is very Beautiful and super well equipped, With everything you Need: spices, washing tabs, charcoal for Barbecue. They also gave us fresh fruit, Olive oil and eggs what we Really appreciated. For the kids, they had a lot of toys. The House has many terraces and rooms for a big group. We really loved our stay and hope we will come back one day.

Hervorragende Betreuung

Willkommensgeschenk, Obst Brot, Gemüse, Olivenöl, Raki Wurst, Käse so eine großzügige Versorgung habe bisher in keiner Unterkunft genossen. Die Betreuung war angefangen bei Einkaufstipps über Sehenswürdigkeiten bis hin zum Wetterbericht herzlich und zu vorkommend. Das Objekt entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Vietimme hopeahääpäiväämme villassa, 11 aikuista ja 3 lasta. Kaikki aamu- ja iltaruoat teimme huvilalla, ja keittiön kapasiteetti oli suht koht riittävä. Isolla terassilla mahduimme syömään, kun keräsimme kaikki ulkopöydät peräkkäin. Makuuhuoneet olivat viihtyisiä ja rauhallisia. Nukuimme oikein hyvin. Autojen parkkitilaa oli niukasti, joten piha täyttyi autoista. Pikku puutteista huolimatta kokemus oli myönteinen ja suosittelemme villaa perhe/sukulomailuun.

Beautiful villa in great location

The villa is a superb option for a large family rental. Many bedrooms and great facilities. There is a good bbq facility and winning pool. Many rooms have a veranda - the views are stunning. The place is well managed and there is a person nearby to help out with queries. Cleaning and fresh linnens and towels are provided regularly. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely rent again at this villa. The rental process with the agent was also very easy with good communication.

Fantastische ruime villa, zeer volledig, ook qua keukenbenodigdheden-/apparaten. Ruime slaapkamers.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad met gezin (opa, oma, (klein) kinderen). Supergoed geregeld door Etouri. Goede, zeer vriendelijke begeleiding en behulpzaamheid van hen. 10 minuten lopen naar strand. Zwembad bij villa, ligstoelen etc. Zelf verse eieren rapen en sinaasappels plukken bij villa. Zeer aan te raden voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Zur Begrüßung gab es Raki, ÖL, Obst, Tee und Thymian. Alles sehr lecker :). Alles war sauber und Lage war super... 10-15 Min Fusweg zum Strand, ebenfalls zu den nächsten Tavernen. Die zwei kleinen Hunde der Besitzer Max und Bell sind uns auch sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Ansprechpartner waren jederzeit verfügbar. Es war wirklich schön.

You won’t find any better! Home away from home :)

We had an amazing holiday all thanks to everyone involved with villa Aetos. Shops, local supermarket, restaurants and the beach are only a 10 minute walk. The villa itself is stunning and comfortable- we were a party of 8 and had more than enough room to have our own space as well as to socialise in the communal areas. every bedroom has it’s own balcony and air con! There is a beautiful view whilst eating at the table on the balcony, whilst the sun sets - we recommend the Private Dining experience, as well as the barbecue, which we made good use of ! We loved so much wonderful wildlife , animals , flora and fauna - Everything was completely brilliant :) The pool is FANTASTIC !!

Simply Wonderful

We were 9 friends for 1 week in this villa. The villa is quite big and the six rooms really big and comfortable. Everything was really clean and practical. A very big thanks to the Etouri Teams and the owner of the Villa. Everybody was really lovely, and had really nice gesture ! The home made products were delicious (Raki, Honey and Oil) and the services (cleaning and groceries) really nice ! We could ask a lot of advices and we always had nice replies and recommandations to discover the surroundings. Even the dog of the owner came twice a day to say hello (and was lovely too !). We just had one regret: only having one week of vacation ! I would gladly come back in this villa .

Very nice villa with beautiful seaview

We spent a wonderful holiday at Villa Aetos. Everything was nice and clean and it was a perfect location to start trips to the surrounding area. Service was excellent. Little problems were solved immediately, there was always someone available to answer questions or suggest trips or restaurants. We even got fresh eggs from the owner's hens nearly every morning. This place is highly recommendable!!

Villa Aetos

Our stay at Villa Aetos was amazing, everything we could have asked for. Lovely warm welcome from John, even though it was 1.00am when we arrived. The villa was perfect for us, me my husband and all our family 11 in total. The villa was very well equipped, maintained and clean, towels and bedding changed every 3 days. The gifts of fruit and vegetables from the gardens were lovely and the children were thrilled with the eggs every morning from the hens. A fifteen minute (we had young children) walk brought us to the lovely beach. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Poppy's especially good , very friendly people. Perfekt ramme til en familie i en uge.

Hjælp og vejledning fra Kostas var optimal, ikke mindst biludlejningen han henviste til. Perfekt ramme med god og ren pool. Utrolig omsorg fra ejerne der boede lige ved siden af. Kort til en ugenert strand. De unge nød de lokale udskænkningssteder, der lå indenfor kort afstand.

Amazing Villa

Villa Aetos is absolutely wonderful to stay in. The villa itself is spacious with all amenities and A/C. Great terrace with a lovely sea view. The pool is super with a nice sofa area next to it. The people taking care of the villa are extremely nice, welcoming and helpful, - on top of other things, they've brought us homemade wine and cake and fruit and vegetables from their garden. Can highly recommend a stay in the villa.
