The apartment has in total 6 single beds, 2 double beds and a double sofa bed (maximum capacity: 12 people).
THE PLACE:
Its distribution is as follows:
Upon entering we find the living room where there is the double sofa bed, with table and big TV.
Next to the kitchen is fully equipped with everything for cooking (utensils, glasses, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, pans, pots, etc.), as well as salt, oil and products so that guests can prepare their own breakfast: Coffee, sugar, tea, chocolate, coffee maker, water heater and toaster.

Room 1: Room with bunk bed and sinlge bed (3 single beds in total) and closet.
Room 2: Room with double bed and closet.
Room 3: Double bed below and single bed above, 2 single beds, wardrobe and bathroom with shower en suite.
At the end of the hall are the other two bathrooms.
Both bathrooms are identical, complete with shower, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and iron.
Central air conditioning and heating.
All beds are equipped with adjustable sheets, duvet, duvet cover.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Puerta del Sol is a square in the Spanish city of Madrid. It has been in the so-called zero kilometer of the country's radial roads since 1950. The oldest building of the Puerta del Sol is the Post Office and it highlights the tower clock that was built and donated in the nineteenth century by José Rodriguez de Losada, and whose bells of 12 at night on December 31 they mark the traditional take of the twelve grapes to the great majority of the Spaniards.
The Puerta del Sol is a place of appointment, a place of passage between different parts of Madrid. It is a must-see tour of those who approach Madrid.

Metro and Bus take approximately 45 minutes to the floor.
